Mr. Mrs. David Dunnigan

Keith, Mike & Alonza were very professional. Keith Hyde gets a 10+ He helped with all my questions, demonstrated how to do the many electronic gadgets, camevseveral times for help, always helped. Mike the general manager stepped in when We came earlier b fore his shift, but was there not much later, Alonzo, explained thoroughly about the business part, Interest was higher, but we understood because we wanted a lower payment, to be able to afford it. Great Three Musketeers

GOOD EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW CAR

I saw two Jeeps in stock on the internet, so the wife and I drove to Ferman's in Lutz, FL to look the car over. From when we entered the dealership everyone wanted to help us get accomplished what we came for. We were assigned a salesperson, Guy Wallis, and he was fantastic. There was no high pressure sales. Guy took us to see the two cars we were interested in and told us about the differences between them. He worked hard to get us the best deal he could which satisfied us. It was the amount we expected to pay for a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The financial advisor was very professional and got us processed in a timely manner. We were impressed by this dealership and would recommend it.

Easy to deal with!

Don, the salesman, was extremely patient and knowledgeable with my son who was purchasing his first new vehicle. The staff at Ferman doesn't high pressure you but does everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want.

By far the best car shopping experience ever. David was awesome! Told him what all I wanted in my new vehicle and he delivered just that. Proud owner and satisfied customer of my new Durango RT!

Hands down the best around

Ferman is a pleasure to deal with . The pricing is fair and very competitive with other dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area . I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee, found what I wanted online at Ferman . I also found one online at another dealership . The one I was looking at online at the other dealership was less money than Fermans , but when I drove to the other dealership they could not produce the car that they had online . Then they started to play the numbers game with me and all smoke and mirrors that come with it ( I really hate that) . So I called Ferman and talked to Mike and asked him if the car online was there and if the price shown was the price . He said yes the Jeep Cherokee I was looking at was there and the price listed is the price . So the next morning I drove out to the Ferman dealership. Everything I was told over the phone held true . The Jeep Cherokee (the exact one I was looking at online ) was there and the price held true . We cut a deal in less than an hour . The people who work for Ferman are awesome. They talk to you like your a person and they are very respectful.
