Excellent service
We were thinking about buying a new Jeep and stopped by the Ferman Jeep dealership . Gheorghe greeted us at the door and walked us through the different models . He was very patient, friendly and informative: Both my husband and I are in sales and dislike the pushy approach . We ended up coming back the following day to purchase our new Jeep from Gheorghe . The finance lady was also very pleasant and personable ( Sanghes - not sure how to spell her name) made the process simple . We would highly recommend Ferman and Gheorghe !

You can count on Ferman to do the job right!
2006 Jeep flat bedded to Ferman for a no-start. Battery replaced. replaced upper brake light housing that was bad. I purchased the Jeep Commander new at Ferman located on Rt 19. After we moved we always have our vehicle serviced at Ferman on Rt 54 which is closer to Land O Lakes where we live. My wife and I have never had a problem with Ferman service or employees at any time. Greg & Marilyn Kornacki

Great online inventory of vehicles which led me to a scheduled appointment to see the vehicle in person without any high pressure sales tactics. Quite frankly, I can't stand buying a car, so I was not looking forward to the experience as I've had in years past. I didn't have the time for it. I was on my way to a conference in Orlando and had only time for one appointment without delays. I knew what we wanted and didn't want to see any other options. Kevin had the vehicle ready curbside for 2:30pm and met me on arrival with a strong handshake and bright smile. Kevin is an awesome young man who went above and beyond to be friendly, but not pushy. He kept me informed while waiting and made us feel like we'd known him for years before we were done with the purchase. Mr. Hubbard was extremely professional, efficient, and got to the bottom line without delay. He truly made the financing part of the purchase a breeze and added levity to the moment with my 21 yo daughter observing the entire transaction. These two men deserve some recognition. Great Salseman!!! Terrible Finance Manager
The Salesman ( John Wahnon ) was great. His personality is perfect for his job, very helpful, entertaining and trustworthy to his promise. The financial manager likes to take it upon himself to search your credit ever when you come in with pre approved financing. He pressured you to take his financial institution.

Great job!
I had been looking around for new tires for my Durango. I checked Sam's, Costco, and tire shops. I thought ok I'll give the dealership a chance. They didn't meet the prices, they beat them and saved me enough that I could afford to have some other work done I had been putting off. The service team was great, and took great care of me.
