Great Service

Stopped by with a problem with my new 2017 Picifica which I purchased in Maryland. The folks in the service department jumped right on the problem and in no time informed me of the solution. A new switch which they had to order. They transported me and my wife back to our Florida home and told us they would have the part the next day. Shot story they received the part and the seat stow problem was repaired per the time frame we were told. This is my place from now on when we return to our Florida home.

I has shopping for a used vehicle and bought a New Vehicle for less. Ken took very good care of my needs and Kathy who set my VIP appointment could not have been better!!! Lorenzo was Fantastic in cutting the Best Interest Rate I could find by 1.24%, he really put the icing on the cake. Thank Everyone on The Ferman Team that assisted in my purchase.

"Exceptional Customer Experience"

I have been coming to Ferman since " 1997 " and have purchased several vehicle and always have them serviced at Ferman and I have refused to go elsewhere, knowing that I would not be given the same type of customer service experience, words are not enough to truly express my thanks especially to the "Yellow Team" managers and service advisors, greatly appreciated, thank you ........

Great Service! Just what we were looking for!

First, James Lesniewicz was fantastic and helped us out with everything we needed. We had specific questions and wanted specific things in our vehicle and James answered all of them with ease. it's nice not having a pushy sales guy at a dealership.

Wonderful experience!!

I have been wanting Dodge Challenger Hellcat for a long time. Ferman had what I wanted and the saleswoman worked with me to make my dream come true. Everyone was super friendly and did not hide anything from me. They price matched the Internet price and even tossed in some extra goodies. Shop here and ask for Sheryl! One more thing. My wife was so thrilled with the service I received she traded her Honda Odyssey for a Chrysler Pacifica Limited two weeks later - she asked for Sheryl.

Great Service!!

The Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership was top notch! Keith Hyde went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Jeep I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the Jeep, the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional.
