Great sales team

Marc Graves Is awesome!!!!! He never "pressured" me into a sale . He is very honest and friendly this was by far the best buying experience i have ever had. and I love my Jeep Thanks Marc !!!!!!

Fantastic

Amanda Alvarez (our sales rep) was fantastic. She was extremely inviting and made the experience great. She knew what we wanted and gave us that. From there we were dealing with Steven the director of finance and he was awesome. Loved every minute we were there.

Dodge Challenger Hemi!!!!

I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Dodge Challenger RT/Hemi about 2 weeks ago and I Love it! My Sales Rep "Gentleman" Jim Zabel was AWESOME!!!!! Being a sales rep myself for the past 20 years, my experience with Jim was like 2 buddies hanging out and talking over a beer & Wings. No pressure at all. It was Great!!! The Finance Manager Steve Stewart was both efficient and funny as heck!

Finally a car salesmen with integrity

Over the past 3 weeks, my boyfriend and I have been searching for a Cherokee jeep. We have been to dealerships from Miami, Fort Myers, Naples and finally Lutz's Florida. After several conversations with James Zabel, we knew we were dealing with an honest---as opposed to the dishonest, lying car salesmen in this area. The trip from Naples to Lutz's was worth the drive to feel the security that he would give us a fair and just price. Meeting him in person was such a delight because I knew instinctively that we were dealing with a man of his word.----very rare in the car business. Ferman dealership is blessed is to have such a genuine salesman of trustworthy caliber working to represent his company. We were blessed to have found him and the 3 weeks of waiting was worth it. I am showing my new jeep to everyone but I rave over the character of Jim Zabel. I love my jeep but I am most impressed with the scrupulous and honorable character of Mr. Zabel. From this day forward, I will only do business with him.

Amazing Buying Experience!

On February 14 I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Derrick Ciena at Ferman. Hands down this was the best car dealership I have ever been to! I highly recommend buying from this dealership. The buying process was easy and they gave me a great deal on my trade-in and new car. I will continue to suggest this dealership to others in search of a vehicle and I will most definitely be back to buy another car from them in the future. Keep up the awesome work.
