Best experience ever!

Looked online at inventory and found the car I was interested in prior to my visit. Sent an inquiry and "Gentleman Jim" Zabel reached out and immediately set up a VIP appointment. Had the vehicle ready to test drive and made the entire buying experience so flawless and simple. My 10 year old son even commented on how awesome the process was handled. Everything was straight forward and I left VERY pleased. Have already referred others to stop by and see "Gentleman Jim"... He was the BEST!

15 month check up

I had an appointment for my 15 month check-up. Checked in and was told it would take about an hour. Forty minuets later the tech came into the lounge to let me know my Jeep was done. Everything was clean and checked and ready to go. The service lounge is comfortable, clean and offers a selection of drinks.

Jeep Renegade Service

Tom Bambard helped us out in a rough spot. we called up the phone number on the app of the service dept to make an appointment to bring our 2015 renegade in as the car locks would not lock. the person on the phone told us to come in at 8am on friday the 19th. we came in to the service dept and they had no record of me calling and making an appointment which i was super furious especially driving over an hour to get to Ferman Jeep. I told Tom that how can you call, make an appointment and not have it in the system. he said there are other people making service appointments that should not be or are not following procedure of how to do it right. with that being said, tom said, it might take a few hours to get the jeep in to be looked at as they were completed booked solid. i said, i will wait, i just need the locks to work. within an hour of waiting for the jeep, Tom told us the car was ready to go. now thats FANTASTIC service. this is how customer service should be and I will recommend anyone to purchase there jeep from Ferman. They rock!
