Exemplary Dealership!

I had to buy another car very close to my last one both new due to my disabilities as a Veteran. The Management & staff were sympathetic to my plight & went out of their way to make it possible for me to get the vehicle I needed & make the financing work for me. They are a cut above the rest & I recommend them very highly.

Above and Beyond Service

Best Experiance at a Dealer EVER

Jim and Marc where great. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. They worked hard to move us through as quickly as possible due to a elderly relative at home. Marc went over every function of our new Durango with us, never had that happen before. We left the dealer actually able to operate all the functions with out a book. I would recommend these guys to anyone. GREAT JOB

Great Experience

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. Getting through finance was a breeze. The delivery was fantastic.

Friendly and personable service

Travis Cole was an excellent salesman who was a huge help giving us information about our new car. I always dread the sales attack at car dealerships but he was just the opposite- very friendly but not pushy. We will return ask for him again for our next car. The showroom was beautiful. It did take a little longer than we expected to receive the car, but it was worth the wait!

In the service department Mike Viers

Mike was assisting a young lady I overheard here tell a gentleman that she will only work with Mike Viers that him seems to be the only one that helps customers and knows the business I laugh but in reality I agree with her this I don't know how much the company is paying him but it's not enough! Great car buying experience!!!

I just have to say thank you to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Tampa! My wife and I have been looking to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler when I told my wife to start searching, find what you like and we will go get it! When my wife started dealing with Ferman and she had a great experience. Her sales team Amanda, Gentlemen Jim, Marc & Mike were very proffesional, upfront, straight forward and honest with her. They treated her with the utmost respect and I greatly appreciate that! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle, you wont be disappointed! The best dealership by far in the Tampa Bay area!!

Great service and experience

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I would highly recommend asking for Marc Graves. Marc was easy to work with and new his products and its features better than any salesperson I've ever met.
