Best buying experience ever

David Cooper made buying our new Challenger SRT 392 smooth and easy. The staff at Ferman at Cypress Creek were to a person great, personable, and genuinely concerned about the face of the dealership. Can't sing their praises high enough!

Great Deal on a New Vehicle

Derrick was very informative on the changes to the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The test drive allowed me to experience how smooth the van rides. Dennis, sales supervisor, introduced himself and gave me a great price and the exact amount I wanted for my trade in. The sales people were honest and upfront about all the buying options. The amount of time the whole process took was 3 hours to include the detailing of the van and all the financial paperwork. The completion of the buying process at Ferman was two hours less time compared to the last new car I purchased. The selection of vehicles was extensive and one of the reasons I shopped at Ferman Dodge. I highly recommend Ferman to anyone who wants great service with low prices.

Love our new Renegade!

"Gentleman Jim" was very knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with on our purchase. The sales process was straightforward and we got what we wanted at a fair price. I highly recommend Ferman and Jim Zabel in particular.

Ferman Chrysler jeep Dodge

We enjoyed working with Sal Calichio when buying a new Charger. He made the normally painful process of buying a new car enjoyable. Its never any easy process. Me the consumer and the dealership are on opposite sides to start with. But in the end both sides walked away happy.

Easiest purchase

This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Mr. Zabel was amazing, not pushy and listened to what we wanted. Everyone else was extremely nice as well.

amazing experience!!! A+++ for sure!

I went to this dealership with a very, very challenging situation with some negative equity! They did such a great job, I ended up buying 2 cars instead of just the one! Derrick, Mike, Rafi, and Dave were all amazing! This dealership took amazing care of us, truly treated us like family, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
