Great Deal on a New Vehicle
Derrick was very informative on the changes to the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The test drive allowed me to experience how smooth the van rides. Dennis, sales supervisor, introduced himself and gave me a great price and the exact amount I wanted for my trade in. The sales people were honest and upfront about all the buying options. The amount of time the whole process took was 3 hours to include the detailing of the van and all the financial paperwork. The completion of the buying process at Ferman was two hours less time compared to the last new car I purchased. The selection of vehicles was extensive and one of the reasons I shopped at Ferman Dodge. I highly recommend Ferman to anyone who wants great service with low prices.
