Best Car Buying Experience EVER!

I went in to test drive the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely fell in love with it! Derrick Ciena was the best sales person ever! He explained everything up front, answered all my questions and now I am driving the SUV I fell in love with! The process was THE BEST that I have experience with a car dealership. From test driving all the way to finance! Great people that will work with you to get you in the car you want!!!!

2015 Challenger R/T Shaker

Coming too the end of the 2015 model year, Ferman seemed to be the only dealer in the Tampa Bay area with a large selection of Challengers left. Derrick (my salesman) was not only knowledgable but was a Mopar enthusiast. There was no pressure and purchase process was relatively painless.

FANTASY FERMAN

To keep this short and sweet, Ferman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the real deal. Easy process, trustworthy salespersons. This is my first car buying experience on my own and I had my doubts, but Ferman eliminated those doubts, with great prices and fair dealings. WOULD ABSOLUTELY DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER.

Great service!

This place was quite a distance from me, but totally worth it. I definitely got the best price in town on the vehicle. I didn't quite get what I wanted for trade in but they were able to come up enough to get me in the price point I wanted and got me a great APR. I can't say enough good things about the customer service as well. It did take a while to process everything, but that's normal in these situations, and the guys stayed until 10pm to complete everything when they closed at 8pm. My agent even stayed after that to make sure I knew how to work all of the technology in the vehicle before letting me pull off the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which I've never experienced before. The sales center was very comfortable and had free drinks available while I waited. I would definitely recommend going here for your next vehicle!

The best experience you'd want when buying a car!!

From the moment i walked up to the doors of the dealership i felt welcome. My interests were their concern. I felt as if they truly cared about what i wanted. Kathy was my sales associate and i would recommend her to anyone! She was very nice, knowledgable, took me right where i needed to go and cared about me being satisfied. My husband and 2 kids were with me and she made sure they were comfortable and happy too! Every positive thing there is to say i felt it while i was at Ferman Dodge in Wesley Chapel. Thank you for everything you have done!!

Great deal and very good customer service

I had gone to another Ferman and was told I was not going to be able to get the price and lower on a new Chrysler 200 and I couldn't get the apr I needed to make the monthly payments within my budget. I came here and after a bit of time they got the price down to lower than I could have imagined and got my apr to the perfect rate for my monthly paymets! I couldn't be happier I love my new car. It did take a long time for them to process everything, but it was worth the wait.
