Best buying experience from a dealership ever!

Found the 2015 Challenger SRT I wanted and negotiated the deal on the phone including my trade in. Salesmen David Cooper was honest and handled everything professionally. The GM even had to step in because the car was a transfer from another Ferman dealership and the other dealership was playing games. They gave me a great deal on my trade and the new car purchase. Drove 200 miles from South Florida to complete the transaction and drove home a happy man. They don't have dealerships with honest customer service like this in South Florida, I couldn't even get a call back locally. Although a bit of a drive for me, if I need an FCA vehicle in the future, I'll go to Ferman of Cypress Creek for sure.

Outstanding Service

My experience with Ferman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM was outstanding. With the early assistance of John Rebello and with the attention of product specialist Sal Calicchio, the purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler was simple, easy and smooth. It was very helpful to have been able to narrow down my options available on line at their website first and then share my choices with the customer services representatives so by the time I arrived at the dealership, the Jeep was ready and waiting for my test drive. In less than two hours on a Thursday evening after work, the team found agreeable financing and I was on the road driving home in my new vehicle. Many thanks are extended to Jim Ferman for building a team of great customer service representatives.

I absolutely love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!

From the moment my husband and I walked into Ferman we had excellent service. Derrick greeted us by the door, showed us a couple of vehicles that we were interested in, and just like that we found a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to buy!! We signed some papers and within an hour we were leaving in our New vehicle!! What a Perfect Sunday!! Thank you Derrick and Ferman family for all your help :)
