Terrible to deal with

I've bout a few cars from here. 2 in the last couple years. They have gone down hill considerably. I received an email showing an Internet price for a truck I had been looking at. I inquired about it and didn't receive a phone call or email back. So I called on the vehicle. They had the vehicle to purchase and I told them I'd come over to purchase. I was instructed that new rebates would be available two days from then and I should wait till then. I waited and went to purchase the vehicle and they raised the price up over $3000. They claimed that Ram took away the rebates.... I bought elsewhere... I then go to the dealership to cancel the coverages I bought from them on the vehicle I traded in that I bought through them. The finance manager told me I would have my money back in a few weeks. I had to fill out a form for cancellation and show him the sales agreement showing the trade. 3 months later no refund. I go to he dealership and there is no record of cancelation. Luckily since they lied to me before, I asked for a copy of of he cancelation agreement I filled out 3 months ago and I had that with me signed by the finance guy who never turned it in. I would avoid this dealership. The unethical pricing and "losing" paper work is unacceptable. They have turnover regularly. Very poorly managed.

My C2s

I will be honest I was very skeptical about purchasing a car from a dealership I never visited. A friend guy I met in the parking lot talking about his jeep told me about the dealership. He said they showed him love on the trade and even put in some extras he was pleased.. So I felt a warm and fuzzy but just meetin ghte guys I said he could be trying to trick me into going down there.. I was trading in my 2011 BMW 5 series and wanted out of it before my warranty ran out. I was upside down in it and wasn't quite sure what I would qualify for. I talked to Mr. D. Smith and he assured me that before I drove 5hours and 30 min to see him that I would have a deal in place. I sent pics and the Vin via Text message, and filled out the application online. He told me what might Car note would be after rebates to eat the negative equity and when I arrived he was DEAD WRONG about the numbers... it was actually CHEAPER then he assumed and I received extra warranties for wheels and interior. Needless to say I was very very happy with my purchase and it was worth the 5 and a half hour drive. Thanks again Mr. Smith and when my wife is ready we will come down and trade her car in . See you in 2 weeks!!

What a great car buying experience

I recently drove 260 miles to buy a jeep from David Cooper at Ferman Automotive. Everything about this car buying experience was perfect. Honesty, integrity, friendliness, AND A GREAT DEAL. We negotiated a price over the phone and the price I paid was actually less. Everyone should take a lesson from the team at Ferman.

Great service..friendly staff..great deals

Got a great deal on my car. Best in tampa bay area. They made the process very easy and quick. Warm and inviting staff . Wonderful overall experience.

Bought my dream car

Walked in carless, walked out with my dream car. The entire process was easy, from start to finish I was well taken care of. The staff was polite and warm, I was greeted and my family was made comfortabke. Definitely incourafe others to take a look when searchimg for a car .

New Car Purchase

I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Ferman Jeep on 54. I worked with Derrick Ciena and he helped with all of my needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great dealership, great experience

My car was totaled and I found myself carless for three and a half weeks. My car insurance company helped me with a car buying service; Ferman was in my top 3 certified dealers. As a 21 year old, most dealerships don't take me seriously when I go in trying to buy a new car; this one did. Kathy was very personable and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. The Jeep that I decided on wasn't on their lot so she spent hours trying to find it. I never thought I'd be able to afford my dream car (Wrangler) at this age. I strongly recommend this dealership as first on the list when looking for a car.

Ferman Made It Simple

My wife and I spent weeks preparing to go car shopping. We had 5 dealerships picked out including vehicle stock numbers of cars we saw online. Ferman was the first dealership we went to. Marc Graves was the first person we spoke to and it was smooth sailing from there. We gave our demands and he met everyone of them. Unbelievable Service

From the moment I arrive to pick up my New Dodge Challenger Hellcat to the very last minute before I left I recieved unbelievable great service from Ferman Chyrsler...From Sandy M. that helped put my new car order together to Gary S. the manager that helped put the deal together to Dave C. that went over the car with me and AJ in finance...They made me feel that I was their most important customer and treated me like I was family..It was just good OLD FASHION customer service which a lot of other dealerships lack..I would send my mother there to buy a car there!! I would highly recommend you give them a opportunity to make a deal with on a new car before you buy from anyone else..You will not waste your time with them..
