I saw a vehicle on their Web site and submitted an

I saw a vehicle on their Web site and submitted an inquired about the vehicle. I received a call from a salesman promptly the next morning. We talked briefly about the vehicle and I asked him to draw the paper work up and id be in later in the day to see and test drive it after my doctor appointment. When I arrived I was dropped off at the wrong lot but my rides had already left. No problem, the sales man came to me with the vehicle. The test drive went well.i asked him to get some numbers together while I looked it over. It was a 2014 F150 4x4 crew cab Platinum Edition. But for a couple of minor dings the vehicle was in great shape. Interior was immaculate. My salesman, Rodney was pleasant not pushy at all and friendly. The finance lady was pleasant, friendly and made the paper work easy and efficient. I'd recommend Rodney and the finance department to anyone looking for a quality vehicle for a great no tricks purchase experience. Great job. Thank you. Steve Martin, Wichita Falls TX.

Robbie the service manager did an awesome job was able to

Robbie the service manager did an awesome job was able to find the problem with the windshield. It was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He also gave me a loaner truck to use while my car was being serviced. Awesome company awesome group of people at the service center at Vernon auto Group.
