I really had an excellent experience at JTs. From the moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I drove off they handled the entire experience with the utmost professionalism. Despite it being peak hours and quite busy inside the office, With no appointment I was in and out in a new vehicle in less than 3.5 hours. The lot has a wide variety of vehicles, organized by style. The sales team was excellent and easy to communicate with; never pushy, and willing to accompany within reason. I hope to not need to return for a few years now, but if I should find myself in want of a vehicle, I'd be back. I'd recommend this spot to anyone.

Car leaking oil entire time
Bought at 2015 Ford Explorer sport around Feb 2019. Car has been leaking oil from the start. Didnt think much of it until i went to get a mechanic to look at it. Was told that the leak is from the timing components on the engine that was horribly replaced/worked on by someone before me. $2800 worth of damage thats now my problem. Caleb, i think that was his name was a awesome person though. The car issue is only own the people who run the business.

We want to thank you for your review. In the beginning of vehicle purchase you got exactly what you wanted out of your car-buying experience with us at JT Auto Group. However, after leaving our lot what you do with the vehicle is beyond our control. Any mechanical issues that occur at its norm, is bound to occur to any used vehicle purchased any where. During the time of 1 year and 3 months of usage, anything can happen to a used vehicle. If you would have reached out to our service department to address the issue in as soon as the problem arose. We would have gone out of our way to assist the situation. But you decided to take matters into your own hands and now after a year and three months say something about it.
