I had such a positive experience and got exactly what I wanted. I have had my car exactly one year. I am very happy with my car, my purchase and my experience. I am not a "car person" and do not enjoy car shopping. My previous car had just been totaled and coverage on my rental car had ended. I had been to several other dealerships that week and did not find what was right for me. I walked into the dealership late on a cold Friday evening without making an appointment. I had done a lot of on line research and knew exactly what I wanted - it had to be new, previous year model, specific package, exterior and interior color and fit my limited budget (basically a needle in a haystack). Marvin's response was "I will do my best to find that for you right now". He asked me questions to make sure that car was what I truly wanted but he did not try to change my mind in any way. Within 45 minutes Marvin confirmed he had found the exact car I wanted and within my budget. By the time I had finished the paper work my car arrived at the dealership. I recommend Marvin to anyone that appreciates a knowledgable sales person that does not use a hard sell. I will come back to Marvin in the future.

I had sales associate Curtis and he was wonderful also the manger was helpful to me. They where very patient with me it was my first time buying a car I would recommend them to everybody and I'm in love with my new car. And Mr marvin Was a great help too.

We went in to buy a new vehicle over the holidays and were able to buy a new car relatively quickly while still getting a fair deal. Marvin knows the product well and understands how to provide information without pushing the product. We got a good deal on the new vehicle and probably a decent deal on our trade in. Overall it was a good experience.

I was referred to Vincent from a coworker. I had been going through issues finding the right car for me. Vincent got me into a nice car. The service was great and I can tell Vincent really cared about getting me into a vehicle.

Marvin was great. He was 100% genuine. From the moment we met I could tell that he was more interested in making sure I got the car I wanted than making the sale. With that said, he used all of his southern charm to insure that I did want to buy a car from anyone else. I soon I as got into the Mazda3 I took home, I knew it was going to be mine. They filled the tank and washed it up to make sure that I had the maximum shine on my new baby! Marvin even let me use his phone charger! They are first class all the way. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and would recommend Rick Case Mazda to everyone.

I cannot say enough about Marvin. He was awesome. I drove an hour and a half to Rick Case Mazda because of their reputation and I was not disappointed. Form the moment I walked in I was treated like a super star. Marvin knew I was interested in the Mazda 3 and had his top picks ready for me to look at. I was there 5 hours, I am super picky, and he was never once annoyed or short with me. Top notice customer service. And I LOVE my new Mazda3.
