Amazing Associate!

Marvin Harvey was a gem of an associate. Very personable and made sure he listened to what I wanted and got it! Not only did he locate a vehicle for me (2013 CX9), he left me with the feeling that he enjoyed helping me and the rest of the family....Never has buying a car been as enjoyable as this experience. I recommend this dealership and especially Marvin. We went to Jim Ellis Mazda and didn't enjoy the experience much at all. They're supposed to be rated #1 in Atlanta for customer service....hah! Didn't experience that at all.

Rick Case Mazda did a great job of getting me into the...

Rick Case Mazda did a great job of getting me into the fun to drive car I was looking for. Brett Bauer made the process fun and easy. I told him I wanted a fun car and he made sure that I got to fully experience each car I was interested in. In addition, David made the usually terrible paperwork process go back very quickly and easily. I had a minor issue after purchase that was taken care of immediately and without hassle, free of charge. Brett has kept in contact, making sure that I am satisfied. I definitely am and I would recommend this dealership and Brett to anyone in the market for a car.

My experience at Rick Case Mazda in Duluth, GA

Bought my 2010 Mazdaspeed3 from Rick Case Mazda on 6/21/2013. I decided to visit Rick Case Mazda after a mediocre visit to CarMax in Norcross. Excellent overall experience at this dealership. Brett Bauer was my salesperson, and he was very friendly and only had my interests in mind. If you're looking for a good deal on a new/used Mazda and want a no-pressure, friendly environment, visit Rick Case Mazda in Duluth and ask for Brett. You'll likely get a few laughs (Brett is a funny guy) and great deal on your next car. I realized before buying the Mazdaspeed3 that one of the front headlights was retaining water (busted seal) and the dealership agreed to fix the issue at no cost, no questions asked. I received a fair offer on my trade, paid the balance on the Mazda, and was on my way.

Bought my 2010 Mazdaspeed3 from Rick Case Mazda on 6/21/2013. I decided to visit Rick Case Mazda after a mediocre visit to CarMax in Norcross. Excellent overall experience at this dealership. Great Service

I was not planning on buying a car when I first arrived at this dealership. I was just planning on test driving and before I knew it I was purchasing my new car. I am thankful for the wonderful service given by Marvin Harvey. He was very patient with me,he's a wonderful salesman. Thanks Rick Case Mazda for such a wonderful experience.

Service was great and fast. I showed up with a coupon in my cell phone and they gave me the deal that was in the coupon. They explained everything that they were going to do and then gave me all the paperwork to prove it. Very friendly and helpful people. I would recommend Rick Case Mazda of Duluth to everybody. Great Experience

Overall had a great experience at this dealership. Just recently bought a 2006 Mazda 6 from this dealership with great mileage and this vehicle was in excellent, practically new, condition. Salesman Joe Perez did a great job with my purchase and went above and beyond with his customer service. Great dealership, great service.
