Marvin was very friendly and do all he could to help negotiate the price in the process. He kept people smile and make the experience as smooth as possible. If I have a siblings would need a car I will recommend him/her check out Rick Case and have Marvin help him/her.

Brett Bauer
Brett Bauer did an awesome job helping my family and I! I have to admit I am a consumer with champagne taste and a beer budget and Brett was very patient with me. I definitely wanted specific attributes with my future car and Brett did everything in his power to make sure I found what I was looking for. We drove a long way to this dealership and we do not regret it. My fiance was very impressed with Brett and we all know how hard it is to find great customer service, yet Brett delivered. Brett was all around great from making sure we were ok with beverages, to finding a balloon and bubbles for our 1 yr old son, to even offering us pizza because we were there for most of the day. But again, most importantly he was patient with me. I wanted a lot; from a spoiler, a sunroof, a certain color and of course a certain price. Brett has contacted me to be sure that I was ok with my new purchase and provided me with an email address, a business phone number and even his cell number to call him if I have any questions. Thanks Brett! We will be back with friends.

Pleasant experience
Bought a 2008 Mazda Tribute for my daughter. Joe Perez was my sales person and he was informative and patient. He was very knowledgable about all the cars we looked at and/or test drove. He was very straight forward and efficient during the purchase process. Financing was a breeze. A slight issue developed when I noticed the parking brake light remained illuminated during the test drive. During the service process it was discovered the CV axles needed replacing. While I thought that ought to have been detected during the 150 point inspection, I was told it would not have been readily apparent. As described...I willing to accept that. There were parts issues which delayed delivery of the car by a couple of days. Joe (salesman) delivered the car to my house (quite a drive). That's customer service. I discovered another minor issue with the car after having it for a few days...emailed Joe, who talked with a service advisor who promptly called me to discuss. All in all...I'd recommend the dealer and would very much recommend talking with Joe Perez for the sale.

In early March I called David in finance to get the paperwork started on the 2011 Mazda 3 hatchback I wanted. I walked in to the dealership, sat down with Joe, signed all the paperwork took pictures and I was out the door. So quick and painless as well respectful and sincere; when the time comes I will be back to upgrade my Mazda!

I had a great experience buying my vehicle and getting it serviced at Rick Case Mazda. Mark Poston, my service advisor, was very helpful and serviced my car in a reasonable time frame. The customer service provided by Mike Vastani was outstanding and I would highly recommend Rick Case Mazda for purchasing a new vehicle as well as for servicing an existing vehicle.
