Autohaus is a wonderful place. People are very nice. Mr. Clem my service advisor had specials on 3 of the 4 services I needed done. I waited for about an hour while they worked on my car and then the cashier was also very nice. Great visit. ,

I receive great service each time I visit Autohaus BMW. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated receiving the video update of the multi-point inspection while my car was being serviced. That is a really cool feature!

I took my car in for an inspection. They sent a report on...
I took my car in for an inspection. They sent a report on what they found via text, and while they found a few things that needed to be checked. No one spoke to me about those concerns although the report was marked “customer refused service”!or some such thing. After three hours, I asked twice about the whereabouts of my car, and when I asked the third time, they admitted it had been done for some time, but they didn’t realize they had the keys up front. I won’t go back.
