Had my car in for an overall checkup before the warranty...
Had my car in for an overall checkup before the warranty ran out, they checked over everything that could be checked, found one item and repaired it. I was kept informed of everything and it was amazing to be treated like a regular customer even though the car wasn't purchased there. Very pleased with this service department and everyone that helped me during my visit.

Great service as always! My X2 had developed a brake issue causing vibration when slowing down. I was getting ready to leave on a trip but wanted to get it checked out. Linda managed to work me in even though the shop was busy. Andy, shop foremen, drove the car with me to make sure he understood the problem and he got it repaired in time for me to take it on my trip!! Thanks everyone!

Completely happy with the service I receive at Autohaus BMW, from sales (thanks again Matt), to finance and service. Everyone is always helpful, kind, knowledgeable. I choose to return to Autohaus BMW although another BMW dealership is much closer to my home. Happy to make the trip!
