I visited Autohaus to purchase a 2019 BMW i3. Joe was great to work with, as was Steve in financing. The i3 was ready for me to test drive when I arrived, price was fair and no haggle, and the process was quick and easy. Bonus was their lounge which is very comfortable, got to watch the F1 sprint race while we waited. I highly recommend Autohaus!!!

I needed front tires mounted and an alignment before a road trip. Mike Crader booked my appointment and Chris Clem took care of me on service day with a smile and I was able to get out of town safely. While I waited, Renard La Sane walk me through my options for my next purchase. The cherry on top for this exceptional visit was a copy of my multipoint inspection and a video from the technician who worked on my car, Andy Jenkins, explaining the work he performed. I’ve serviced my cars at Autohaus since 1985–this visit validated our long term sales and service relationship.

The entire experience was exceptional. From the moment you step through the doors, you know it’s going to be different. And different it was… in a good way. My salesperson, and I hesitate to call him that… more like a car enthusiast that just wanted to share his passion for great automobiles, made the entire process not only informative, but relaxing and enjoyable… and even fun.
