My experience at Gossett Kia South in Memphis, TN is always a plus. From the servicing department to the sales department. We just purchased our 4th car from Barbara Gamble at the dealership. She is so nice, informative and answers all of your questions. I have never had a bad experience there. Barbara Gamble is Awesome, and so is Gossett Kia South. Thank you!

The wait is painful

The service people are very professional. The problem is the waiting area. They have a short sofa 2 club chairs a desk side chair & 1 broken desk chair.6 seats & 8 or more waiting. I waited an hour and a half past appointment time before they started service. Why set appointments?!Then another hour while they did the oil change & tire rotation. They have a brochure in the service area promising like home atmosphere complete with snacks. NOT HOME LIKE they do have a snack machine. I will avoid service @ this dealership.

Amazing!

They truly care about their customers. I felt like they treated me as if they knew me personally. I have bought two of my last vehicles at this location & I will continue to recommend them. Finance manager is super nice.

1st Time Car Buyer

This was my first time buying a car on my own. I didnt get the car I initially went in for but did get approved for a car. At first I was disappointed but think i got a good deal overall compare to other options from other dealers. The saleswoman Bernice was patient with me and sold me a car that she herself drive. She called me several days after to check on me and to further show me features on car. As well as the sales manager Micci was diligent in getting me approved. So, was I sold a brand new 2017 Kia Forte off showroom floor just in time for Christmas and my Birthday! Overall, I had a great experience thus far with purchase and would recommend them if in market for Kia!
