Never do business with Seth Wadley. Purchased truck. Was to fix three issues. Touchscreen, driver seat, and water oump drip. Fixed one after throwing a fit at 4 wks when said was ready to be picked up. Now have 4 more issues after them keeping it total of six weeks post purchase. Insisted ready and bring to us for all the time it had taken. Had called at 5 week saying replacing heater coil. So i asked did you fix everything? Assured me all issues taken care of. On arrival, Coolant leak worse and actually needs to be towed as all coolant leaked out in driveway. Now sensor coolant flashing. Windshield low fluid sensor flashing, out of alignment post them changing out tires never discussed, wind noise around driver window so bad hair blows and screams so loud cannot hear anything, and of course did not fix touchscreen. All of this after adding $4600 to purchase price to cover agreed repairs. Told me "you bought it" when called back about more wring than at test drive.

Read the one start rating everyone. Didn’t do has promised. They told me to come in and they could get me In A truck with low mileage, extended warranty and gap and in my payment range. Then they kelp sending me higher payment options with no extending warranty and high mileage and high payments that I told them o could not do. ,. If they would have just told the truth from the start and been honest with me about the payment etc the. I would have went on. I was looking at other dealerships and They told me to tell other dealer ships to kick rocks. I had some good offers that I lost because they lead me to believe they could get me what I needed. So then I wrote a review and they said we will give you what you need if you remove the review so I did and guess what no vehicle still. They even changed what they started it would cost to get in a truck with gap which was 568 then they said 589 a month. They keep lying to me with no vehicle and they had run my credit which sucks to not even get in a vehicle. I just want them to make it right. After reading all the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who was lied too.

Service department is horrible. They repaired my wife’s explorer and 6 months later same problem and they refused to warranty. The staff tries to talk you into repairs that are not needed. They also charge 3% for credit card but don’t tell you until you try to pay with it. Honestly I felt like I was dealing with slimy people. Rance was really rude and not helpful.

Run as fast as you can. Sorry I was asked to take my review down by Hasan who is the car sales manager at this dealership. He assured me that we will personally look into it and this was last week. He told me will have answers for me latest by Monday which is today but as usual just like the culture they have at their dealership, no-one reached out. I called him twice and even send him a message but no response. These people are scammers. You can find my email address if you need more details I would be more than happy to provide you. Every word on this review is 100% accurate. They are all Bunch of liars and have even worst customer service. I purchased a $150k vehicle from this dealership. Worst mistake of my life. The car had bunch of stuff missing for example the spare key, which I was promised would be delivered to me which by the way is $1200, even the engine cover was missing. Some of things you trust when you think you are buying something from a trusted dealership. I called and left messages for my sales person Trevor and sales person Jon but have not received any response. They were responsive until I had not taken the delivery. There were lot of red flags, I should have noticed but I like to see good in people and trust them. The promised to put new tires same as the car comes with on the car but instead they decided to put cheaper tires and cut corners that should have been my biggest red flag but I decided to gave them a benefit of doubt. I am out of state so they can totally ignore me and my questions.I called there and the lady who answered I asked for Jon and told her that I have been trying to reach out but no response and I told her I want to resolve the issues here and dont want to post any bad reviews but instead she told me that they have lawyers also. So now they are threatening with lawyers when all I am trying to ask for something that I was promised. Please be very careful when doing any business with this dealership of their people as they are liars and will sweet talk you into buying there defective and incomplete vehicles and then will ignore you. I would say run, run away from this dealership. Take your business somewhere else where you also get after sales service. I will be calling and BBB and would be posting reviews at every forum that I can find. Please bring any lawyer you want, I am not scared of telling a truth. I have text messages from your employee.

Excellent Service - Excellent Repair and Excellent human beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. God bless you all at Seth Wadley.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Seth Wadley was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I went in after being told over the phone that a specific car was available and within my budget. I made it very clear I was only interested if the information was accurate—they assured me it was. When I arrived, surprise: the car “just sold,” and they tried to upsell me on a more expensive vehicle. Classic bait-and-switch. To make things worse, they acted like this was a totally normal and acceptable practice. Not only did they waste my time, but they also showed no remorse for misleading me. Trust is everything when making a big purchase like a car, and unfortunately, this dealership proved they don’t deserve any. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value honesty and transparency. This place lost my business permanently.
