Excellent Customer Service

Richard Carnahan was great to work with. He was prompt in answering my "many questions" and made sure that we were taken care of. He had the car cleaned and ready to go when we got there. My experience was simple and stress free. Thanks Rich!

Great Experience

Rich Carnahan was the salesman that helped us with our purchase. He was great to work with, always answered my questions and returned my calls quickly. The process was smooth from start to finish.

Sneed Ford - Excellent Customer Service

Personable, friendly. Greeted me at the door. Extremely friendly. This sums up my experience at Sneed Ford. I went up north because their prices were better and they had better inventory. I was very pleasantly surprised to have Derrick Nolker, my sale person extremely knowledgeable about my particular auto selection, when the place is heavy with trucks. Great guy to deal with. I also have to mention Rick - the sales manager. He stepped in and helped out with the paperwork when business was busy to make my experience great. Much appreciated Rick. Overall - great experience. For no pressure sales

We had a wonderful experience with our purchase of a Ford Escape. Rich Sousa was our salesman, and we never felt any sort of "hovering" or pushiness. We sought out what we were looking for and drove it home inless than 24 hours!

It felt like family

I am in California and I wanted to find the best deal I could in a car. I searched the nation and couldn’t a better deal. So I called and worked with Baron and Rick. Wow, they answered all my questions and made me a great offer. At first I planned on having my car shipped, but thought, why not just fly, pick it up and drive home. I filled out a credit app online and Ruth let me know I was approved. I am so picky about cars, and I couldn’t believe the price so I decided to fly so I could inspect the car myself. Baron picked me up at the airport. The car was exactly as described. I went into the office and worked with Ruth, it was all so easy, I went from landing the plane to being on the road homeward within 2 hours. I had the most beautiful drive home through Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and back to my home in Laguna Beach, Ca. I would recommend the dealer and drive home to anyone.

Worst Experience

We had the worst experience at this dealership. I agree with the other reviewer in regard to not being able to receive a call back. That was a red flag and we should have been done at that point, but we were really interested in the vehicle. So we decided to go to the dealership and speak to someone and made a verbal agreement to purchase the vehicle the very next day. The “Manager” told me that the car would be detailed and gas would be put in it. We agreed on a certain time and even called before making the trip because the dealership is 40 minutes away. They confirmed that the car and paperwork was ready, they were just waiting on us. When we arrive we end up waiting over an hour and the car is not detailed and there is a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I understand that it’s a used car, but it wasn’t given to us. I spoke to the Manager about the agreement to have it detailed and about the gas and he said he would speak to the salesman Dave and have the issue rectified. Dave called and explained that he did have everything done and basically had nothing else to say about it. Dave is a TERRIBLE salesman and had no interest in making things right! He got the sale and that’s all he cared about. To the Owner of Sneed Ford, this is a horrible way to do business. This was a bad experience and you lost our business as a future customer.

Great buying experience!

My dad went to sneed ford and had a very good buying experience. Richard Carnahan was the sales consultant that helped him. My dad says he was very nice and super helpful. One of the best car shopping experience he has had. Thank you!

Quick and Easy

We found a car online on Cars.Com. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman, Rich Carnahan, was ready and prepared for us. We drove several cars, and when we had decided, the negotiation process was quick and easy. They were fair in their offer for our trade-in, and fair with the pricing of their vehicle. I also had limited time. They were kind and professional in trying meet my needs as to when I had to leave the dealership to pick up my kids.
