Quality Mazda—especially Ben Vigil—has great customer service. I’ve bought two vehicles here, and Ben helped me both times. He was always patient, answered all my questions, and when I had an issue with one of my Mazda's, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I’d definitely buy my next Mazda from Ben at Quality Mazda.

Everyone at this store is amazing. Great experience everytime we go. Ben Vigil is the best sales person, amd just all around a great guy. He always makes me and my wife feel like family. Will always recommend him and this store.

Ben Vigil is a great salesman, very friendly and helpful. He introduced me to all the team members and they were all very friendly and helpful as well. I am so happy with my new Mazda and I will definitely recommend him and his team to my friends.

Best salesman around!!! I met Ben when he sold us our cx5. He treated us just like family. He was so good to us. Me and my wife both agreed we will always have a mazda in our garage after we talked to him and bought her car. I recently was in the market for another suv and I immediately knew who I wanted to talk to. Ben is by far the best salesman, he is so down to earth and goes above and beyond. I am so happy with my cx50 and our cx5. We own 2 mazdas now and that's all thanks to Ben Vigil, we honestly could not be happier. Even other people in different departments have nothing but great things to say about Ben, especially David DiLorenzo. Buying a car is always so stressful but both times Ben and the crew at Quality Mazda made it so easy and stress free. I have bought mulitple vehicles in the past and no one has come close to how professional and caring Ben is. He truly loves to see his customers happy. I will be back when we decide to get another mazda and will recommend him to all friends and family.

The interior of the Mazda is quite annoying, many spots for phones or small objects to fall into and hard to get out of. Do not recommend

I'll start by saying that I met some people who, without having to help me because it was outside their schedule, helped me. They made it so I could be there for my granddaughter's birth, they provided excellent service with my car, and they also lent me a car while I was having it repaired my car.Thanks for your Excellent service, Mr. Ben Vigil and Mr. Jack Farley. Thank you in advance. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Needed an oil change and was taken care of by Bill Mast. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my satisfaction. The service time was quick and I was back on the road soon after. I'll definitely be returning to Quality Mazda for any additional service I might need.

Mazda San Rafael is an outstanding and trustworthy dealership. My goal to version-up from my CX-30 to a CX-5 was met. As a legacy Mazda customer, a red carpet was rolled out by Gabriel Garcia, Joseph Malek & Richard Barekzia. The Mazda Dream Team was matter of fact, friendly and well-versed on what I was requesting. The financial fit for a payment was adjusted for my preference and expectation. I drove away with a beautiful CX-5, fully loaded and affordable! Thank you Gabriel, Joseph & Richard!!
