online service scheduler is worthless. Suggest calling them instead. Went for appointment and was told for first time they are too busy to honor appointments. Chris followed up and got the car in later, arranged repair work and transportation and got it out in an acceptable time frame. He singlehandedly took this back from one star to four.

Appointment set up by phone. Was very easy and C service was friendly. They sent out a mobile mechanic for factory recall. Very good experience over all. **Can't find name of mobile mechanic on the list below.**
