In February 2023, we picked up our beautiful Ford Maverick, but the process actually started 14 months earlier in 2022. Thanks to the awesome sales manager, Jeff Ledesma, our purchase became a reality. Not only Jeff, but Will and Chris, and the entire Riata Ford team took excellent care of us. But, the service after we purchased the vehicle and ordered several Ford add-ons (bed extender, bed liner, etc.), did we really find out how amazing this team is. It was the first time Service had dealt with some of these items on a Maverick and it was very challenging. BUT, Chris and the service team stepped up and did an excellent job installing them and because it took a couple of days and we lived out-of-town, they provided us with transportation so we didn't have to make the drive back-and-forth to get my husband to work. I cannot say enough good things about Riata and the way they take care of their customers. I would suggest driving from anywhere in Texas to visit these folks. You will not be disappointed! I am 70 years old and never experienced this type of customer service ever. They're the BEST!!

Y’all I live in Pflugerville and it’s absolutely worth the drive to Manor if you’re looking for a vehicle! This dealership went above and beyond to put me in the right used car for me and my other half a beautiful truck . The first car I wanted had problems and they were actually honest and trustworthy and you can’t get that at most dealerships so they found me the perfect car . Ask for Sampson he was my salesman he will definitely treat you right ! They treat you like family . The General Manager is the nicest man you ever want to meet he also went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank them enough. Riata Ford thank you for making buying a vehicle feel less stressful and we are both very pleased with are new vehicles. Buying a truck from Riata Ford in Manor was the worst customer experience I have ever received starting from the employees the store manager. I would never buy from this location ever again.

Rita Ford has always been up front with us on what our service is being done and when to expect it to be completed.

The service department is great especially Chris and Randall. They always make sure my needs are met and out in a timely manner.
