JD kept me updated and got us back up and going! Only hiccup was my car is so new that the repair manual was missing data which resulted in a revisit but was not the fault of Riata.

Our experience with Riata has been amazing. The entire team Jeff, Will, and AJ, has been great!! We haven't met all of the Parts or Service team yet. We would recommend Riata to anyone. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and get things done. We are grateful that we bought our new Ford Maverick through them.

Took my car in for a recall repair.
Took my car in for a recall repair. To the best of my knowledge that part was completed. While there I asked to have other things fixed, and nothing was finished, yet, they told me it was completed. Still waiting to hear back from them.
