Chris has a great balance between professional and friendly. I described the issues I am having and he's going to take care of it, but is waiting for a time to provide a comparable loaner. I'm looking forward to it. In the meantime, the express team did a great, timely job with performing my scheduled maintenance.

Perfect buying experience from start to finish. Clean, inviting dealership staffed with super friendly and super helpful people. All made us feel valued and welcome. Special thanks to Will Goodwin for taking charge upon our arrival, bringing us.our 2023 Bronco Sport Outer Banks, and ensuring all our questions were answered. Will tracked down our paperwork and guided us through the process. Also special thanks to Kevin Wood for taking time to chat with us while we waited our turn to meet with Ryan Fisher. Can't say enough good things about Kevin. Great guy! And lastly, great thanks to Ryan Fisher for patiently and efficiently walking us through the paperwork and options available to us. The service center was great!

The service center was great! They finished everything in a good time and was nice. The only thing was when it was to time to pay, the price was higher than what was quoted but trust they corrected the price.
