Our salesman was Cameron Herrera.

Our salesman was Cameron Herrera. He was very pleasant to work with. Jeff Ledesma was also very pleasant to work with. The whole process was good except for the amount of time spent waiting. We arrived at approximately 3:00 and left at 7:30.

Went way downhill.

Went way downhill. I was a 17 year customer, but after a year and a half of asking them the repair the same problems with my truck, they wouldn't because my year warranty had expired. Gave me a suggested resolution, waited 6 weeks to hear back. Then to put the icing on the cake, today I find out they kept the lug tool from my after market rims and I can't even change a flat until I buy a new tool. I will NEVER go back!!

Can’t say enough about the sales team at Riata Ford in

Can’t say enough about the sales team at Riata Ford in Manor. These guys stayed in touch and helped me for a year and half with a Bronco order that eventually turned into a purchase of a different Bronco from the lot because of factory limitations. In the end I got just about the best deal I could find outside of a custom order. They didn’t try to gouge me despite the popularity and demand of the new Broncos. Highly recommend this dealership. Will buy from again. 10/10
