Awesome experience!

Awesome experience! Ajay was great and actually helped me back in 2013 during a car search. Could not believe he was still there 10 years later! The other sales and service guys were very accommodating. Love my red explorer- got exactly what I wanted!

I had an excellent experience with Reata Ford, beginning

I had an excellent experience with Reata Ford, beginning with our initial test drive in August 2022 through the ordering and delivery process in January 2023. Each member of the team that we interacted with was helpful, prompt, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, our questions were answered, and needs were met, right down to making sure we got the best possible rate on the truck. The truck we ended up with is awesome, and we'll be long-time Reata customers. This is the 3rd Ford dealership I've purchased from in various areas of the country and by far the best experience.

I reserved my vehicle in August of 2021 and finally took

I reserved my vehicle in August of 2021 and finally took delivery on Dec 30th, 2022. Throughout the nerve-wracking wait and the multiple re-orders for manufacture years, Riata, especially Joshua Esparza, was amazing at keeping me in the loop on how things were progressing and was always willing and quick to respond to any questions I had a long the way. A coworker also reserved the same vehicle around the same time but through a different dealer. Every time I shared an update on my vehicle, his response was always, “I have heard anything” or “I don’t know what’s going on with mine”. So glad I chose Riata! They also were able to beat the financing terms I had already secured. This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Riata highly enough.

I always get great service here. I moved to South Austin and do not mind the drive simply for the service that is provided. Heidi, Jon, and the others are always welcoming and kind.

This was the BEST car buying experience that I’ve ever

This was the BEST car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Ajay got straight to the numbers and got me the best deal for my trade in and Ryan was super easy to work with and made the closing experience fun. 10/10 would buy from this dealership again!

I asked for an idea of generally, from where the diagnosed oil leak was coming from…I received the answer “you’ll have make an appointment to have that diagnosed.” I simply wanted to know GENERALLY from where the oil leak was coming, as I had asked…it was a non-answer I received.

This was a routine oil change and as always Riata takes

This was a routine oil change and as always Riata takes great care of my truck. A week earlier, I made my appointment with JD for 9 AM. Arrived about 5 - 10 minutes before my appointment and in less than an hour later on the road home. Everyone I interact with at Riata is always pleasant and if needed helpful.
