I purchased my new vehicle from there two years ago.

I purchased my new vehicle from there two years ago. I’ve only taken it to Riata for service. It’s very disappointing that every time I do there’s an issue. My latest problem was I took my vehicle there for you all change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the rotation did not happen. I took it back a few days later only for them to tell me that I needed three new tires because it hadn’t been rotated. When I trust him to handle all of this for me.

Friendly.

Friendly. No pressure. Fair pricing with no hidden fees. Definitely recommend them and will buy from them again

Responsive until the sale was complete, vehicle was

Responsive until the sale was complete, vehicle was designated as used car but with only 800miles on clock. Vehicle arrived after online purchase with no spare key, in console safe that was designated on original window sticker missing and multiple EV charge adaptors missing. Sales person now doesn’t accept calls. On delivery day, before I handed over cashiers check, I was promised key to be sent in post - it didn’t arrive.
