I am not happy with the service that I received while
I am not happy with the service that I received while purchasing the car. 15 words is not enough to explain all my problems. First of all, they did not honor the $500 coupon and discounted from the price that was advertised Internet and unbeknownst to me. The car was increased from 7,775 to 10,900. Preoccupied with aqui acquiring low insurance was in the dealership for over five hours and rushed through signing the paperwork which I did not get any copies of as of yet. Ifeel hood-winked. I’m really think I need to give it back and get my money.

On October 1 I brought my car in for breaks and change of fluids. Jordanny gave the estimate of the service and approximate pickup time. I called an hour after that time but could not get Jordanny or leave a message. I called the service desk but received little help. I continued to call from 1PM to 3PM with no help. Jordanny called me around 3PM and told me my car was ready at 1PM. He said he asked someone at the service desk to let me know the car was ready at 1PM. no one ever called. Very disappointed with the service and will consider going somewhere else next year.

Jordanny was helpful and informative. He reassured me that my issue would be resolved. Dante, the technician who worked on my car, was fantastic!!! He ensured the car was returned promptly and explained how to fix my vehicle. Both men went above and beyond. Anthony also played a role in making sure my paperwork was ready before I arrived. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating was that I had to return because an issue was not looked at when the car was at the shop, which was an inconvenience. Aside from that, I would definitely return and recommend this Jeep service location.
