Parts are marked up double or triple MSRP

Be careful when buying parts here, I wanted to order 4 parts (2 bolts, subframe brace, rear diffuser, and the diffuser cover). Other dealerships in the area (Parkvile Heritage, and Glen Burnie Honda) along with online part stores had the parts listed at MSRP. Heritage Belair has the parts listed for 2x or even 3x MSRP. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “he said that’s the price it can not be changed” He wouldn’t even get on the phone. So I called back and spoke directly to a manager. After going back and forth with her she said she would call me back. I did get a call back and they ended up selling me the parts for MSRP. This place will always up charge their parts and services so be careful when doing business with them.

Transmission concern

I have had a concern with a transmission shudder and Michael my service advisor brought me in, heard my concern and took care of my service quickly and efficiently. The service team even noted some additional items for me to take care of in the future. My visit was very simple and easy, I truly appreciated the help that I was given.

Still not happy paying $50 to fix a flat, but...

Chrissy Frankos called me to explain why this repair is far more expensive than I believe it should be, and to apologize for any miscommunication. I appreciate her reaching out and accept her reasoning - to a point. Because of this follow up I have changed my rating.

Great service

I was there for regular maintenance service and everyone there was great. I'd use this dealership again for my vehicle service needs when in this area

WOW!!

I came in for an oil change (first time at Heritage) and was pleased with the interaction. Your representative was very customer oriented. He was finishing up with some paperwork but paused for a minute to acknowledge me and said he would be with me in just a minute. He explained things well, asked my preference about contact (phone vs text), etc. It really is the little things that make a difference.

great sales man sales manager a jerk

mike was a very helpful salesman . The sales manger agreed to one deal then when I came back tried to add a year to the financing with the original payment . A real no class jerk that treated me like I was an idiot. I got up to walk out and suddenly his amnesia went away. He remembered the original agreement. I have bought 3 cars from here and this one is the last. I are a corporate company that could care less about the customer. They try to rip off everyone that comes through the door. Do yourself a favor buy some where else. The whole Heritage Group is a joke. I had a very similar experience at Heritage Parkville so I tried Fallston same garbage experience. Mike Dowdey was the first one I met but the clown who tried to rip me off is not listed in the employee list shocker. He is in the same department as Mike sorry pal.
