Service center survey
Brought 2019 crv in for manufacturers recall. I was notified by e-mail, text, and phone call to make sure I got the message. Made the appointment and brought the vehicle in and was promptly greeted without any waiting. I was told that it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. Service was completed in the time quoted Satisfied with this first service experience.

Bad experience
I took my car for oil change The first service advisor was in rush, rude and unprofessional, he asked for my keys and I told him I know where to go and he said can you stop talking! I told him I am here for service, he said a1 and I said I have to leave in an hour, he said oil change and tire rotation, i said yes. I brought up a problem in the touch scream, he seemed annoyed and again he told me stop talking. He said the work takes 55 to one hour, it took 2 hours and they did not do tire rotation Again the first service adviser was horrible not the second one. I asked the second one why they didn't do tire rotation, he said you didnt need it, LOL,

Honda Fit Car Repairs
I always like bringing my car to Heritage Honda vs other places I've been. Just not sure I can continue to go to Heritage due to the high prices. For example, Heritage offered to replace all four tires for $626 dollars which is way to expensive. The services always cost more than other places but I've gone back because they've always done a good job. I will probably start researching cheaper options.
