Mixed experience
Overall, I suppose I'm okay with my experience with this dealership. Not real impressed with the service department. It seems like there is no real good process for seeing a service advisor--walk in the door and get hawked by the first available person. They seem more sales oriented than people oriented. Jones Junction has them beat in this category. The shuttle service is a nice touch, and Don the driver is wonderful. Wish the experience was better. Not really looking forward to my next service.

Amazing Customer Service
Scott Cheuvront is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I honestly think Scott could talk a cat off of a fish truck! He truly drove home my confidence to keep bringing my vehicle to Heritage Honda of Bel Air for service. In addition, I would like to know why Honda does not allow their employees to express themselves? Making an employee cover their tattoos is not a positive business decision. Apple is a Fortune 500 Company that allows their employees the freedom to display their tattoos of artwork. In some cases customers feel more confident with an employee that is confident enough in themselves to show off their artwork. I hope Honda will review their policy and really take the company into the 21st Century.

Airbag recall
1. Work was w/in the 90 minutes estimated. Service advisor Mr. Keenan Davis was courteous, competent, and careful to make sure I knew what to expect with the airbag recall work. Service advisor Mr. Mike Weatherman was also courteous and efficient when I made the recall appointment by telephone. 2. Mr. Davis found an empty desk for me to use while I waited for the repair to be done. Much appreciated. 3. I found the background music annoying. Music was too loud, and the type of music was did not support a calm, professional, and upscale sales environment.

Go to another Honda dealership!
We brought my 2019 odessey in for service and the lack of communication and follow-up was really disgraceful. If my husband and I did not call to follow up with the service team, my car would likely have never been fixed. I had to call when it first went in and was told hour to hour and a half (it was there from 10am until 3pm), had to call to see if the new entertainment system was in yet (over a week later without a call), and then had to call to see when it would be completed. The incompetence was quite frustrating and if there was a closer dealership, we would go elsewhere.

Had my car fixed today
Although I was told my repair would not be completed until tomorrow because parts had to be ordered (which was not going to be very convenient), the dealership was able to get the needed parts from another local dealer and completed my repair the very same day. The best part is that it was 100% covered by the warranty. Great day!

Car maintenance
Maintenance due was handled competently and satisfactorily. Time of wait was reasonable. Technician explained all that was done to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend service technician, Brad.

The problem with my car was "diagnosed" quickly and the follow-up appointment was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Boulan was very professional and personable. The waiting room was extremely cold. While I realize that the temperature may not be able to be adjusted, it would be helpful if customers were encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket. Looking forward to the new building!!

Efficient & effective
I’m a nightmare customer for any car salesman. I literally went to 4 local Honda dealers in order to work the price of the new passport. I was lucky enough to run into Jacque at Heritage Honda Bel Air. They were able to get me the best price I had found. As well as get me in and out in record time. I recommend Jacque to anyone looking for a car. The finance guys were able to get the deal & rates needed very quickly as well.

Don’t expect Heritage Honda to return your calls
I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and asked to have the oil changed and a diagnostic test conducted as the “check engine” light was on. Minutes after leaving the dealership, I called and left a message for the service advisor asking that the additional work be canceled as, in my opinion, it was overpriced. I didn’t receive a call back, so after 45-60 minutes, I called back to make sure the work wasn’t done. I spoke with another service advisor who said the other one was at lunch and would return my call later. I explained the situation to the other person, because I feared the work would be done anyway. Approximately 4.5 hours later, I received a call from the service advisor who said he didn’t have the part for the airbag and needed to keep the vehicle overnight, and he said he’d call me on the following day by 12pm. He also said that he received my messages from earlier, and the additional work was not done. On the following day, I hadn’t received a call from the service advisor, so I left a message for the service manager. That message was never returned. Finally, at 2:54pm, the service advisor called to let me know the recall repair was complete. From needing to call the service center multiple times to discuss a time-sensitive issue, to Heritage Honda not even having the part on site, to leaving a message for the service manager and never getting a call back, my experience was very frustrating, and I will not return.
