I can't thank Scott C. enough for his excellent service whenever I have to come in. He is always very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We were greeted upon walking in the door by friendly staff, everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Jacque was the best. He was straight forward, told us what we needed, what was a luxury. At no point did I feel pushed into anything. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman. This has been the absolute experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

The staff go the extra mile to get the repair complete. They offer shuttle service to & from your home. They even offer loaner cars for long term repairs.

My experience was great as they performed the service quickly. They let me know what else had to be done on the car. They informed me of what I could myself as I can keep up with some items myself.

My service advisor Scott was accommodating and professional when the parts department didn't have a part ready for my service. Although frustrating, he made the situation tolerable and was extremely helpful.

I had to come in for a recall due to the right passenger side. I came in yesterday, August 20, 2019 and was brought home by a staff person, and then picked up by a staff person and brought back to Honda. On the ride home, after I picked my car up, I noticed a light on where the odometer is located. It looked like a man sitting in a seat with a big round red ball in front of him. I knew the correlation was with the airbag situation. I came in this morning, August 21, 2019, and they had to do a scan (as that is what I was told) and eventually found out a plug was not plugged in all the way. Thankfully, it was done and I don't see anything on the area where the odometer is located. The place (Honda) is very well kept and clean.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It is always a great experience when I bring my car in for service. You have a great team!

Worth the drive! We shopped around all over PA to find the right deal, and decided to make the trip to Heritage. We felt very welcomed. Definitely consider working with them.
