Service
Excellent service. They did what I’ve told them to do and did not force me to complete the recommended service area. They completed the recall service on time. The shuttle driver is also very courteous.

From Bad to worse
I had to pay $175. For a diagnostic about my driver’s door latch actuator. I took the car to get fix and for all my good luck it wasn’t the actuator and they couldn’t fix it. They kept the car all day and they returned the car door with dirty oily finger prints all over the door cover out position., scratches inside the door handle. When I took the service survey, the service advisor left a voice message in my cell phone he needed to talk to me about the service he did. I was very concerned and upset this happened. It was king of scary this person knows my address, phone number and all my information. Are these survey made to help to improve the service or to leave messages to the customer when you have a bad experience with service. I hope somebody reads my review, because this is not supposed to happened.

Great Experience
By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jacque and Mike were friendly, professional, and easy going. No pressure whatsoever. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicles, the options, and financing choices. I would and will recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.

Service department needs to improve
Took my car in for two recalls. The initial day that was scheduled they failed to put on their calendar I had to reschedule a second time. I was told when I rescheduled it would take less than 2 hours. The day I dropped it off I was told it would take 4 hours. I left the car for service and headed home. Before I even got to my house within an hour they were calling to tell me it was done. I was glad to have the car done early, however it was a big inconvenience to have to turn around and go right back to pick up the car. The service department needs to get their act together when scheduling work.

Another Superior Service Visit!
My Honda’s have been coming for service since 1999 to this location because of the superior service here. The folks here are friendly, trustworthy, and always keep my Honda’s in tip-top shape. Michael and Christina and the service technicians continued this tradition recently providing excellent service on my Pilot. The service was completed ahead of schedule and for less than expected. This is why the only place that I let service my Honda is Heritage!

Communication was lacking
I brought my vehicle in because the A/C wasn't as cold as expected. I dropped it off around 8am on 7/31/19. They asked when we would like it back and we said 1pm. 1pm came and went before a call that indicated they determined the problem. They ordered the part and it should be at the dealer possibly next morning before they opened. That never happened. I called again at 6pm on 8/2/19 and was told the service advisor was gone and he would have someone call me on 8/3/19. They did and indicated the part was coming from California and it should be there possibly Monday. He advised I could pick up the vehicle and bring it back. We finally received the vehicle back on 8/6/19 - 6 days later. Communication that the part would take multiple days should have been made much earlier. They should have expedited the part at this staged. My expectation was I would get the vehicle back on 8/1/19 at the latest; not told on 8/3/19 it was a long wait time.

Be sure to keep good records
Be sure to keep good records using this location. Their near constant construction (going on for YEARS now...) means they are switching their service office back and forth between buildings. At one point, they tried to tell me I was overdue for a service they had just performed on a previous trip. Luckily, I had my records with me and pointed out their oversight, and that was when they told me some of their records had been lost in the transition. I go to one location for all of my work to AVOID that kind of problem!
