Very efficient

Whenever I come to heritage Honda the service is always done quickly and efficiently. The service associates are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Be sure to keep good records

Be sure to keep good records using this location. Their near constant construction (going on for YEARS now...) means they are switching their service office back and forth between buildings. At one point, they tried to tell me I was overdue for a service they had just performed on a previous trip. Luckily, I had my records with me and pointed out their oversight, and that was when they told me some of their records had been lost in the transition. I go to one location for all of my work to AVOID that kind of problem!

Above and Beyond

I took my car in on a very busy Saturday morning. The service rep Nick advised me they would call me in a couple of hours to let me know what the problem was. Nick not only called back within the time frame he gave me. He also took care of making sure I had transportation to and from the dealership and that I was able to have a car while mines was being serviced. The whole experience was great and the service was excellent. Heritage Honda of Bel-Air gets a 5 star from me. Kimberly E

Easy buying experience

Sheila made the process of selecting a car easy and thoroughly demonstrated the features of each. There was no pressure to take or add anything I wasn’t interested in.

Very Deceiving Dealership

Purchased a used vehicle that only had 12k miles. After a few days realized that they had put an off brand tire on the vehicle without disclosing the reason. Also found scratches on the passenger door that weren't noticed when I purchased the vehicle (definitely was covered up and came off after a carwash). When I called back to address the issue with the Sales person and GM, I was told that they are only required to make sure the same size tire is on the vehicle as the other three. They just blew off the comment about the scratches. Poor customer service and crappy attitude, considering this vehicle was over $30k with extremely low mileage. BTW-the tire will cost me over $250 to replace. Typical old-school sales force and management team. This is the 3rd car purchased from the Heritage Group. Mazda RX8 (new), Mazda 6 (slightly used) and this vehicle. Never again!!

Don’t want to listen to Salesman xx. I bought and paid for my own tire so it matches the other three. I’ll also get the scratches fixed on my own. I choose to never deal with the Heritage Group again. Bridge has been burned! Would NEVER recommend Heritage to anyone.

Customer Service Not Important

I had to pay a diagnostic fee that was not I was not made aware of in advance. The service tech that was collecting payment could not, or would not, answer my questions. I then left two phone messages asking to be called about the charge and recommend future services. I never received a phone call back in response to the two messages I left. Being non-responsive showed poor customer service. It’s hard to be a loyal customer with service like this.
