Turn signal light out

I had a rear turn signal light go out. Knowing exactly what light it was, they got me in and out in 15-30 minutes.

I left vehicle the evening before service. It was done well before the time the next day. Everyone from the check-in thru payment was very helpful and friendly.

Unhappy customer

I had to visit the Ford service department 4 times before I finally got my car fixed. Three separate times they had to order parts. First time they had to order a part. Second time I brought car back again and they placed the wrong part on my car which had nothing to do with what I bought it in for. Third time after transmission mount (part) came in I took it back in the morning and was called 1 hr later stating they had to order another component and it wouldn't be ready till 2pm which I couldn't pick up at that time. I ended up getting my car the next day which was my 4th trip to this service dept.

I found what I was looking for.

went looking for one vehicle and found something better. Salespeople were very helpful and informative.while it wasn't in and out the time we were there was only half as long as when purchasing a new F-150 earlier this year from a different dealer.Excellent help with warranties and protective coatings.
