I just used 1 1/2 hrs to find out why my car was leaking
I just used 1 1/2 hrs to find out why my car was leaking oil. I just had a 30000 mile check up for 600 plus dollars. The drain plug was not put on properly which resulted in the leak. I live 60 + miles from BR so was afraid to drive back there with the leak.

Sales experience and customer service are good but the
Sales experience and customer service are good but the service department is borderline negligent and is going to cause a fatality at some point. The good: Very nice dealership. Sales people are very friendly and accommodating. Dustin Paddie was great to deal with. The neutral: According to the service records, Price Leblanc Lexus changed the oil on the car before putting it up for sale and did not tighten the drain bolt properly and did not use a crush washer on the drain bolt which caused an oil leak that could have caused engine damage. They did make things right and paid for me to have the oil changed and the car inspected for any issues at the Mazda dealer nearest me. The bad: According to the service records, Price Leblanc Lexus also changed the battery before putting the car up for sale. While I was driving, the positive battery terminal came off the battery post and caused the car to shut off. This could have been fatal if this happened in the middle of a curve.
