I highly recommend Mercedes Benz if you want Quality Service done. I was treated extremely well from start to finish.I was greeted by Brittney who was extremely kind and guided me through exactly what I needed done for my Car.Then I had a Shuttle Service Home and Back again as I waited for my car to get serviced free of charge.The driver was extremely kind as well.I got a Video given to me of my vehicle being serviced.My Car was washed and cleaned by Brittney.I had a great experience.Highly Recommend Mercedes Benz if you want a this kind of great car Experience from a Dealership😍Thanks for the great experience Mercedes I love Your Staff❤️

Bought a new GLE 350 here last year and 12000 miles later my rear tires barely passed inspection because there is no tread left. I took the car to the service department to check alignment etc and was told that this was totally normal and expected for the GLE 350 to go through rear tires every 12-14000 miles. Because the tires are rotational and offset I will need to put 4 brand new tires on my vehicle at the 12-14000 mile interval. This means every year I would be spending an extra $15-1700 dollars on vehicle tires. I contacted Mercedes Benz USA and they did not care in the least about this issue and stated it was up to the dealership to address. The dealership already stated the premature wear was totally acceptable and should be expected. I am now trading my vehicle 1 year later for a Genesis and am taking a bath because you lose the most value after the first year. If the dealership was honest they would tell potential buyers that the tires will need to be replaced every 12-1400 miles. I would never buy another Mercedes and would avoid this dealership.

The service area is top notch. My service writer Max takes the time to explain the service requirements for my Mercedes. He answers my questions and explains the repairs in a manner I can understand. The service technicians have also been very helpful explaining my cars repair needs. The video of my cars preservice inspection is very useful. It should be noted that my car’s service is completed on time . My car is washed after service - a nice tiuch.

I just bought my 2026 Mercedes-Benz C 300 and love my new car! Jeremy was great in getting me the exact car I was searching for and walked me through all the necessary steps after I got home from being away and had the car ready for me to go get my new vehicle without any hassle. Gavin was very easy to go over the features this new beauty has. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable driving it away.
