My experience at Route 46 Mitsubishi was extraordinary! I was helped by Al and Rafael whom made the entire car buying process simple and easy. The entire team at Route 46 was family oriented and they really took the time to accommodate my needs. They even kept both of my boys occupied and entertained while we were finalizing my purchase. At the end ofvthe day, I drove away in my new Mitsubishi Outlander and I couldn't be happier. The car is amazing from top to bottom! Terrible experience, I purchased my car 8/2021, my temps expired 9/2/2021 and it's now 12/21 and I have not received my plates yet!!! I have excuse after excuse, with no results. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am sure if I was a man this wouldn't happen!

Horrible treatment to customers. Price listed for vehicle was great. However, when making the deal, the dealership added over $6,000 in fees to the cost of the vehicle. There was an added cost of $3,995 with no explanation as to what this additional fee represents. We left. They lost a customer and I would NEVER refer anyone to any of there dealerships. We found a better deal on a better vehicle at an awesome dealership.

Arthur came through for me once again. He’s one of the best service consultants I’ve ever dealt with. He always takes care of me. I recommend Arthur 100%

Waste of time. Spent all day dealing with three incompetent people, started with Jose, who couldn’t even understand basic conversation. Such as, do not run my credit through any other banks (have email proof). Next, Chris the “finance manager” who lacks communication and remembers parts of conversations that never happened. Lastly, Albert who I thought was gonna get this deal done, again was a poor communicator and obviously doesn’t do deals with “transparency and honesty” as stated. Literally wasted all day to have a truck sold out from under me while in the middle of a deal. Now I have dings on my credit and information floating around who knows where thanks to bone heads like Jose. STAY AWAY.
