Applicable taxes and fees on the sales was 3,500

Applicable feels totaled about 3,500 in addition to the asking price so be very careful when buying something here, as the priced advertised was totally different then what I expected. Was close to signing, but out of nowhere they added and additional 3500 who wouldn't catch that.

New car purchase

Only thing for improvement is to go over basic features in the car, but everything else was great !!!

Untruthful dealership

I purchase a vehicle at this location with 30k miles the dealer told me the car was never involved in an accident before so I decided to purchase it. I noticed the brakes where bad and a piece of the chrome was falling off they replaced it with no complaints but 2 years later my wife hit a bear and when we took it to the bodyshop . They showed us the car had junkyard parts on the bumper ares the condenser was bend not from the bear hitting it but from a prior accident this vehicle was involved in . The carfax showed no accidents prior to me purchasing the vehicle . The dealership assured me the vehicle was only used in the past as a rental only and that was the reason why the brakes were worn out as well as the tires .come to find out this vehicle was in an unreported accident. When I call the dealing their answers was "WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?" "it's been 2 years and now that your wife hits a bear you call to complain?" "How are we supposed to know what is wrong with the car? " there is nothing we can do . I got charge for a car that was in good condition with no prior accident not one with a prior accident otherwise I would not had purchased from a so called prestigious dealership. With that bein said I definitely would never purchase from this dealership and I would recommend anyone not to buy at this dealership either especially if the vicar is certified owned with is full of lies .

Stay away

Terrible shady dealership. Total bait and switch. Went to see a car that was listed at 16k, called ahead and drove over an hr to get there for it to not only be listed at 23k , but also had damage that was not on the carfax or in the pictures posted. Stay away!!!

CROONS

Got quoted on a car $25k set the appointment the day of appointment they bumped up the car price by $5k. They said $4k certification fee even though the car is still under warranty. These guys are CROOKS dont even bother calling them as they switch prices and not sure how this is legal

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. One of the worst experiences I can remember. The salesperson I was talking to was a good guy, no problems there, it’s when his sales manager got involved is when the problems started. First words out of his mouth were him making fun of my name, an insult that I didn’t appreciate. Next the complete devaluation of my trade with insults ranging from…..This car is a real Picasso to did you paint this car yourself? In an attempt to completely destroy any value my 2010 Honda Accord had left. I get comments all the time on how well kept and nice my car is for the year, but this guy was clearly looking to steal my trade coming back with a ridiculous number, meanwhile every dealership I had been to offered me 3k more than what he did, I took It as an insult. Then, more shenanigans. So the car I am looking at was priced at 19995 on Cars.com. When we sat down to talk about the price there was a $3995 Market adjustment price on the multitude of nickel and diming little charges…….when all was said and done he wanted 27000 for a 2017 Honda Accord. No matter how you slice it, it’s False advertising 101. It’s not legal, and on top of all else treating people like they need you, meanwhile the dealership was completely empty and morale of everyone I met was dismal at best. Steer completely clear of this place! They are not interested in doing business like gentleman. A three ring circus with a bunch of washed up used car salespeople that have a bad reputation for good reason. This is why they get the bad rep within the business world. In this climate you can at least make an effort not to insult people, and make them feel like you are trying. I will buy a car elsewhere, where I’m treated with dignity, and respect. And don’t contact me and tell me that you are sorry about my experience. Look at all of the negative reviews that sound a lot line mine and make your assumptions from them, I don’t ever want to hear from anyone there….EVER! So don’t waste your time trying!

No thank you. How in the world would you fix my experience there? Apology not accepted, and I will never buy anything there nor would I recommend anyone I know to go there and be talked down to and disrespected like I was. I have bought over 20 cars and all of them treated me with respect and dignity, and now you want me to call and discuss my experience with you? I think you already know how people are treated when they visit your establishment. Nothing you do or say would get me to back down from my disdain for your sales manager. Unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and inflexible are the adjectives I would use to describe him. Trust me, my money will be good at another dealer.
