Teenagers 1st car
We went in to just browse and ended up buying a car. Devon helped us out and answered all our questions. No pressure tactics and down to earth made the process smooth and easy. Make sure to ask for him if your in the market for a car.

Outstanding service for not so outstanding luck
Long story short my car broke down out of town and Artie went above and beyond To make me feel at ease about an otherwise horrible situation.. he answered my questions and my phone calls in a timely manner and even put up with my frequent calling to check on my car over a two week time span .. he never acted annoyed and was always extremely pleasant .. exceptional service !!

Beware of scam fees.
I tried getting information over the phone and they were not tell me how much the fees were such as dealer fee or prep fee this is something a customer has the right to know before coming to the dealership not to be surprised with a charge he never knew anything about. If you want to buy from this dealership be prepared to be charged a fee that is completely nonsense. There should be a law not allowing any dealership to withhold information from the consumer before coming into the dealership to find out they are not able to afford the car they want because of their xxxxxxxx fees.

Exceptional Service
Arthur’s service is exceptional every time. He treats me like an old friend with a smile and handshake. He addresses me by my name and we pick up on whatever conversation we had last time. There are times when the appointment takes a bit longer than expected and he is always quick to reassure me how much time is left. He updates me on the condition of my vehicle and I always leave happy knowing my car is in good hands!
