Love 46 Mitsubishi

The man who helped me today, Frank Balido, was very nice and gave my a student discount on my service, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely go back there again.

Prompt Service

Got a flat tire today on my way to work. Fixed the flat and went to work and scheduled an appointment for a few hours later. Very convenient and helpful.

Stay FAR FAR away! If I could give zero stars, I would

Avoid this place at all costs. They do not respect customer loyalty one bit. I have spent well over $5k, with 70% going towards labor costs, on vehicle services alone over 3 vehicles since 2012. I recently went in for my 90k mile service and when I left I felt as if it was a completely different car, and not in a good way. While accelerating the engine noise became so loud you could hardly hear the radio on a 36 sound setting. At the same time, during acceleration, the pedal began shaking and vibrating, enough to clearly notice the car was not in proper working order. After popping the hood I find out that they decided not to replace the plastic engine cover. I call in and the lovely service advisor tells me I need to come back in. I spent $799.95 for a 90k service, of which $565.45 went to labor. For $565.45 in labor I received my car back in non-working order and they stole my engine cover. After commuting 30 minutes there, something I never should of had to do in the first place considering I already paid them $799.95 for a service, I arrived at 6:02 PM. After already going over all the issues with Jeremy Devita on the phone, upon arrival he makes go over it all again. Apparently being a customer who has already paid for a service, in which they did not complete and actually stole property from my car, does not matter to them and I was thrown to the back of the line being forced to wait over an hour. At 7:18, I was told by Jeremy that the tech who originally worked on my car incorrectly installed an air filter the first time and that is what was causing the noise and vibration. An hour and 16 minutes to put an air filter back in the proper way, clearly this was never a priority because they already had my money. The service advisor then proceeds to walk me to my car, and as I was about to get in, I asked about the engine cover. He acts surprised, as if this wasn’t one of the main reasons I was there, and says let me go get that for you. I see Jeremy running around the back, clearly realizing the cover is long gone. I remained calm to this point, but I finally lost it. I walked into the floor managers office and began yelling. He immediately went to the back and spoke with Jeremy. When they returned, Jeremy began accusing me of never having an engine cover and calling me a liar. Considering Rt 46 Mitsubishi is the only place that has ever serviced my engine, and I do not touch it, this was an extremely wild accusation and I lost it. Who wouldn’t at this point? The Sales Manager, Jason Casale, then proceeded to get in my face trying to intimidate me. At this point, a full-blown screaming match broke out. Finally, another manager steps in and tells me I need to leave the dealership, still with no engine cover. After standing my ground, the manager who just stepped in agreed to replace the cover. Jeremy Devita then began another argument, claiming my statement of having 2 hours of my time wasted was a flat-out lie and that I checked in at 6:02 PM and was checked out at 7:18 PM. At this point, it was 7:37 PM and I still had a 30 minute commute home. Well over 2 hours of my time was wasted after already paying top dollar for a complete abortion of a service. Still there, another employee approaches me and gets in my face before management has to physically pull him back and out of my personal space. The ownership group for this dealership have several other dealerships on Rt 46 and North NJ area. Be very careful going to any dealership with the same ownership group as Rt 46 Mitsubishi, because they clearly do not care about their customers. The two owners have a giant poster in their dealership saying call this number if you are not satisfied with the customer service. I called numerous time and left numerous voicemails, none of which were returned.

From Start to Finish my experience was Great, However Lele Mckoy went Above beyond. She was such a pleasure to work with, she knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was happy with my car! I’m so grateful that I’m referring Everyone I know!! Crooked as the come don’t buy from this dealer.

Went to look at the same Charger as another reviewer below listed at $21991. Came in willing to buy for 20k cash in hand. When Jose the sales guy started talking with me he said you know about the mandatory NJ fees. Of course tax, title, registration. No HERE they “pretend” it’s mandatory that you pay a 24 month fee to cover the 2016 engine/transmission because it’s certified, this should not be a cost to the consumers. Then some other BS fees on top that added over 5k to the Internet price to almost 28k before taxes,title and registration. RIDICULOUS I called the sales manager Anthony the next day and ripped them a new one and yep it turns out you can decline the warranty. Said it was a misunderstanding and would offer the Internet price but screw them. This place is so currupt and should be reported to the BBB. They get people in with an affordable price even if they drive hours, only to scam the consumers with their additional fees. Anthony said they were upfront with the fees but if that is the case it should be on the listing, not after you go to the dealership when they throw the 5k on you. Please respond on this review with your breakdown of additional fees so the next person doesn’t have to waste their time and you can be upfront like Anthony explained to me.

General check up, then brake replacement

The service department is always excellent in its efficiency and help for customers. In this particular visit, Frank Balido was especially helpful in scheduling both visits, explaining what was needed, and accommodating regarding the waiting time for the service to be completed.

My experience with Arthur has been 100% Pleasant I walked in expecting to be given the run around and high repair bill what I got was honesty and nothing but help I still Had warranty he saved me alot money I will definitely bring my vehicle to him for regular scheduled maintenance I bought a 2016 outlander sport at another dealer and still got excellent service from Rt 46

The BEST Mitsubishi dealer in NJ

He is very knowledgeable, kind, and gives an apt answer to customers. I do recommend to visit Route 46 Mitsubishi, and ask about Mitsubishi car service to Mr. Arthur Bongiorno!
