Horrible
I had a bad experience with dealer i drove all the way from Pennsylvania to new-jersey they treat me really bad i was looking for the used dodge charger it was listed price on cars.com was 21991 but i went there they saying everything including after the tax and dealer documentation fees including there labor charges some other charges price will be 2700. so the price will be 5000 additional i have to pay for the car and i had a family two kids the sales person call me couple of times baby boy that will be the price of the car it cannot be changed

The worst dealer very corrupt
They do not know what they are doing I drove off with a car 0 down then they change there minds & wanted the car back cause I switch jobs they never said i can't switch jobs .& me getting a better job they said they can't help me & i spoke to bank they said it was no problem waiting on my new pay stub they are very on unprofessional threaten me to bring the car back late at night or else they was going to report it stolen how can they do that the car is under my name .the worst dealer

My Toyota Rav 4 Purchase
I spent the best of my entire time at the dealership with Devin. He was very nice and friendly. Pricing was kinda complicating because what I saw on the internet changes drastically once I got there, and that was the disappointing part. We however managed to meet at some point because I needed to get a car right away. It a good dealership overall but customers should just have extra pair of eyes focused on the pricing and calculations.

Professional, Efficient, and Helpful
I highly recommend the service department at Mitsubishi in Totowa. The staff was incredibly kind. I waited for an oil change but they were professional, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire time was there.

Awesome and fast
Absolutely amazing team. Devin was very helpful and swift. Ralph really did all he could to get me approved with my very very low credit score. I enjoyed my time at the dealership and so did my son. 5 stars all around

Lele-The Real McKoy
I can’t even begin to describe how helpful and efficient Lele was in getting me the lowest monthly payments to help me begin to build my credit again. She was patient and professional as well as fun to talk to! I would recommend anyone who has had not the best of credit see Lele as she is the REAL Mckoy! :)
