Great place to buy a car!

Very friendly

I came in off the street requesting a test drive of the Outlander PHEV. Stephanny greeted me and set me up with a test drive super quick which was impressive considering I didn't call ahead. Stephanny's knowledge of the PHEV was limited although she did admit that fact to me up front and promised to get someone more knowledgeable to sit with me to answer any questions. That person turned out to be Chris. Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Stephanny followed up several days later with a polite non-pushy phone call. I spoke with her and she was able to find the trim that I wanted even though it wasn't physically at the dealership. They had it delivered earlier than expected and worked with me to schedule pickup since I had a special situation with my trade-in. The actual negotiation was typical back and forth. They were fair on my trade-in although I will say that the Mitsubishi website build and price feature is highly misleading. Gino in finance was a pleasure to work with and let me take my time to read the paperwork and ask questions. Pickup went very smoothly. Chris walked me through all the main features and I drove away. Very friendly bunch, but only 4 stars because I was surprised at the lack of knowledge on the PHEV. One employee who came by to say hello, didn't even know that it plugged in to charge. And another tried to convince me a PHEV wasn't worth it but was giving incorrect information on the electric range until I pulled it up on the website to show him. Thank goodness for Chris.

I had been in the market for a new car for a long time and hadn't found exactly what I was looking for. I remembered the dealership that I purchased my first vehicle and decided to check it out. It was about an hour from me but was 100 percent worth the drive. Everyone was knowledgable and so helpful. I left in a brand new car, extremely happy and I would tell anyone who is even just browsing to stop by and see what they have to offer. You won't regret it!

AMAZING AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!

This dealership is the best ive ever ever experienced! Stephanie is overly amazing, she went beyond our expectations i ever had . She did everything in her power to get us a car within out budget , picked us up with my son and wife from our home so we could get back to the dealership. She found a driver to bring me to work while they finished our car details & made our wait there feeling very homey . Danny was such a great and beautiful soul he made sure we were very welcomed & had the best time the wait wasn’t even a problem because it felt like it went by in a matter of 5 mins. Everybody here went out of their way for us and we will forever be grateful and will always ALWAYS come here ! I recommend this place 100000% . Thank you all for the wonderful experience! Got A Better Car Than I Expected At A GREAT Price!

Le le is great! No pressure experience

I have to say this experience with le le is the best auto buying experience I’ve ever had and this is my 4th car purchase in my life. No pressure no “ sneaky sales tactics. Just straight to the point let me see what I can approve you for given the info provided type of deal. I loved every moment and to top it off she was honest about everything she said. I would definitely Recommend people to get as she is one of the best I’ve known.

Terrible experience. STAY AWAY!

I was looking for a used van and online they had a nice van at a good price. Since the dealership is an hour from my house, I called to make sure the vehicle was still available. When I called the women assured me that indeed it was available. So I hop in the ar and drive more than an hour in traffic to the dealership. I ask for the person I was told to ask for and they met me. They asked me to sign a paper that said if the had the right price I would buy a car. So I signed it, after all that is why I was there. I then should her the online printout of the van I wanted. She took the paper and went into the managers office. 5 minutes later the manger comes out and tells me the car was not available it was sold! I asked when and they said about a week ago. I freaked out and said why did the lady on the phone tell me it was available? They said that was their online sales and they don't have stock information. They apologized and said they had similar vehicles that they would make a deal on. I then looked at two and finally tried to get a price and after waiting another 45 minutes finally got a price that was crazy high. I walked out wasting hours of my time only to be aggravated with their bait and switch techniques. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!

Bait and switch

-Received a call From David Strauss that i had a guarantee approval for an auto loan for up to $25,000 and over 600 vehicles to choose from with a zero down payment. That i can pick a car for $20k and pay nothing upfront and drive a car away the same day. All i had to do was bring my last 2 paystubs and drivers license. I Reiterated what he said several times over and he kept confirming yes and I’ll be leaving with any car of my choice. I got a call later that evening confirming spot from dealership asked same questions and they said yes guaranteed $25k and 0 down and leaving with a car of my choice. Ok called again next morning to confirm again so i don’t drive over and hour to be bait and switched. Spoke with Brenda and she again said yes any car i want $25k and below and 0 down. Ok...10 mins later Troy in finance calls and the story changes. Says not guaranteed approval but approved but need to trade in my other car and if negative equity need to put money down. I explained to him that is not what was disclosed multiple times over. I do not want to trade my other car in. He said then nothing they can do and says those reps don’t know any different. I explained then they shouldn’t give out information and guarantee anything if they infact do not know anything. Total bait and switch just trying to get people in the door. Illegal and false advertising. I have all these calls and voicemails recorded. Buyer beware they are scam artist.
