2014 CTS

Sales woman Stephanny Perez and staff is AWESOME! wasn't expecting any problems with my credit but their was some, after working that out I needed to find the right insurance cost, I got 4 quotes all too high for multi car insurance...then Jesse referred me to an insurance guy the dealership works with and got me the price that I could handle and drove out in a 2014 Cadillac CTS . I definitely would buy from them again.

internet posted price fake

What a show here! Do you know the cask purchase price for the Ford I looked at was $2000 more to buy in cash than their internet posted price? Unbelievable! Hold onto your wallet with these guys! BUYER BEWARE!

Best dealer ever

Traded my leased 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer for the amazing 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse. This is my second time doing business with this dealership and the experience is better than before. Stephanny Perez was quick and efficient. She helped us through all the process and taught us how to navigate the vehicle. Best experience ever. I recommend this dealership.

Worst customer service

I began driving there for an internet quoted price of a new car over a hour away after speaking with the dealership confirming the price. When I got there things had changed. I found out the car listed was a previously returned car with a few thousand miles on it, but they wanted to sell it for a new car price. Over countless hours of the run around, we agreed on the price. I went to pick up the car and I was promised a full tank and wash. After waiting hours on a Saturday just to pick up the car, I had to send the car back after not being filled with gas and they ended up scratching it while they washed it. When I contacted management, about the lack of customer service and the poor job the garage did at washing the car, they tried to kick me out. The sale lady was more than helpful throughout the process, but seemed to be controlled by the dictating management. This review is not directed towards the sales woman, but the horrendous management and lack of customer service that was provided at this dealership. I would never recommend purchasing or being employed by this dealer. I will not be taking my vehicle there to be serviced if needed. I would not trust them to put air in the tires at this point.

Happy new owner

Went to dealership because I was dissatisfied with a lease agreement I had with another dealership. Mr, Almonte was understanding and very helpful in getting me out of that lease and into a vehicle I LOVE! He spent hours explaining my options and took the time to work up 2 vehicles for me as I was undecided, They are all so tempting. In the end I got the car I wanted for a great price and left there the happy new owner of a loaded 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander!

Excellent service

I had a wonderful experience in this dealership as it was my first time buying a car and the wonderful gentleman helped me. He made me feel very comfortable and explained which car and the best prices is more suitable to me. Excellent service and dealership.

Fees fees and some more fees

We've spent the last week visiting multiple dealers and learned at LOT. This dealership was pleasant to be in, everyone was nice, and they had a decent inventory. BUT, look at your fees carefully. They wanted to add $2500 worth of bogus fees like a "safety inspection fee" and a "prep fee" which turned an advertised good deal into a not so good deal. When we questioned the manager on all the fees he said "We have to make money somehow". I felt horrible for our salesman, who was super nice and was obviously just trying to sell the car. Sadly, the cars advertised on line are nothing but "bait and fee" cars. We left and went to another dealer who is reviewed on this site, that doesn't charge any ridiculous fees, and paid what we felt was a good price on a car.

SKETCHY!! Stay away

I went to the dealership to buy a Hyundai Veloster for their online advertised price of 7,2XX however when test driving the car, the sales person informs me that the car is actually 2,000 dollars above the online price and the online price was only for "loyalty customers" upon getting the final estimate that tried to ask for 13,000 plus!!! Not sure where all these mystery fees came from but at that point I was fed up and walked out. STAY AWAY PLEASE
