Route 46 Mitsubishi

Worst experience in parts department ever. I ordered a paint to my car and I received a different color its terrifying good I did not apply this to a car before checkout. When I asked to shipped me new one home because I live an hour drive from dealer and it was their mistake they refuse. Never going back there again.

Printed out prices for a used 2012 and 2013 on Monday, called to see if the cars were still there to test drive ( planning to bu) and arrived 2 hours later thano find out the prices had gone up $2,000! Overnight!! Wish I had checked the Yelp reviews first! Waste of time.

Alex thormes and luis tejada were the best help I have ever received. I walked in this dealership a quarter after 8. I was doing circles around route 46 looking for this hidden gem and ended up walking in very late. despite the time, alex thormes greeted me like he was under no time limit. he sat me down at his desk and I was very interested in the outlander. I have 3 kids who are all athletes and therefore needed a vehicle with a lot of space. alex agreed with me that the outlander would be a great choice. he walked the lot with me to see the different colors and options they had. I found a beautiful midnight blue outlander and made my mind! unfortunately the banks were closed, but I was so thankful that both alex and luis did not turn me away for showing up at such a late hour. you don't find that now a days

This is by far the best dealership experience I have had. The sales reps are very genuine and build a relationship with you from the moment you walk in. I worked with Gino Silva along side with Trish Edmondson (the finance manager) they both worked for a total of 5 hours to help me get a car. I explained my situation, with my credit not being so good, and they told me not to worry about it. even after the purchase they both called me to see how my family and our new car is doing! I love this dealership and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family

wondering which dealership to go to? mitsubishi 46 should definitely be on your list. their sales and managment is one of the best i have encountered. extremely polite, quick to assist and courteous to the price you are trying to stay at. the sales rep who assisted me was mona. david strauss made an appointment for me in regards to an auto loan i had been approved for. i went into this dealership not expecting much becuase to be honest, this deal seemed a little too good to be true. boy was i mistaken! mona was a very well rounded saleswoman who listened to my every request. they are amazing at helping people with all types of credit. definitely a must vist.

Came here yesterday with my family. Fairly close to the closing time too and Jajuan Burgess still took care of me. I had stated that we had been lost for the past hour looking for this dealership which is why we got there at 8:45pm. I felt bad, but Jajuan assured me it was alright and sat down with me. Although I was not able to take a vehicle home that night due to the late hour, I was still informed about how to go about this situation. I will be going back later today to speak with him again and hopefully finish the process we had started last night. biggest thanks to this dealership for not turning me away and making my trip a waste! very considerate sales reps!

this dealership is pretty small but don't let the size deceive you! this is actually one of the finest establishments I have been to. I definitely feel like they use the size of their dealership to an advantage, they know everything that is going on in this building and never leaves anyone to feel left out. very speedy process. got in and got out just as quick! josue was a very nice manager and duane was just as nice

visited this dealership during their fourth of july special. although the dealership was super packed, luis tejada, the sales manager made sure to greet me and offer me some coffee while I waited. after a short wait, Mario was the sales rep who helped me out. very goofy personality but knew what he was talking about. after a couple test drives, I left that day with not only a beautiful outlander sport, but an amazing deal! so happy I visited this dealership and took the time out of my day to do this.

great dealership with sales reps who know their cars! they are more than willing to work with what you are able to do. very patient and fast paced. i went into the dealership at 8:39pm last night when they were closing at 9pm. Gino Silva was happy to help me despite the late hour i had arrived. Amazed at the dedication these salesmen have for their job
