First Time in for Recalls, Will definitely be back

Was greeted very quickly. Service was completed sooner than expected. Was offered a ride to McDonalds when I had brought up walking over there. Car was clean, no oily fingerprints anywhere

Fast and friendly! Always easy to get apt that fits my needs! Always does recalls if I need them. I would definitely have my spouse by her next car from Kia in North Aurora!!!

Ecellent visit

Was greeted at the door with a warm reception; and shown multiple options in comparison to the Sedona we were considering. Left with the car and a price we felt very comfortable with.

Great buying experience !

Adil was excellent. He hung in there with us throughout the process and listened to our requests. The sales manager and the finance person were all friendly, displayed expertise in their areas and had good follow through.

Fixed U-Hauls poor Job

Very Friendly, knowledgeable, clean waiting room. Repaired a wiring harness for a trailer that U-Haul screwed up twice. Don't go to U-Haul for wiring.

Will never do business with Gerald Kia again

Love my Kia Optima. Although Sales either don't know their cars or just make things up. Also,Finance dept is not trustworthy unless they are making a buck out of the deal
