Great Experience?Not Pushy & Work W/ Our Finances

When we got there, we met Deanna Luis who showed us the 2017 Niro and let us test drive it and this is when we fell in love with the car. We had to leave, but when we came back, we got to meet Mark Morehead who worked with us and our financial situation. We are first time car owners, but it was no problem for Mark and the team to work with us and within 24 hours, he got us the pricing we wanted and the worked for our family and budget. We could not be happier and would highly recommend the whole team over there from the management on down, even to the financial department. They are truly great people and a delight to work with. Ask for Mark and Deanna by name and tell them this review sent you!

Never will be back

With the exception of Ramon Aviles overall I was not happy how I was treated on my visit. The reason why I came back was because 6 years ago I buy a car and I was happy at that time with that purchase.

I'll be back

Like many people I'm crazy busy so I enjoyed the option of searching the Kirby Kia website for vehicles and requesting someone to call me back. On Wednesday I was able to submit information about my trade in and request financing approval all online, I had my appointment on Thursday morning and drove off with my new truck by noon. I couldn't ask for more and a shout out thanks to my salesman Eian who promptly called me back from my internet request, also took care of the whole sales process. I'll be back in the future. P/S looking forward to my first FREE oil change :)

Above and beyond customer service

Shopping for a new Sorrento

My wife and I were looking for an new Sorrento and found one at Kia of Ventura. Not only did Eian Yarbrough help of through every phase but he was truly interested that our experience was enjoyable. He was concerned that we were happy but that we got a quality vehicle. Although we were looking for a new2017 Sorrento we ended up with a 2018 because of Eian's caring and watching out for our interest. I would highly recommend Eian and Kirby for anyone interested in a car!

Pleasant service, beautiful car

We drove from Santa Barbara to buy a Kia Optima after reading the reviews on CR and driving other mid-size sedans. The Optima is spacious and very comfortable, not to mention having lots of awesome built- in technology. George could not have been more pleasant and patient as we debated colors and features, at the showroom and over the phone. Eian was also very helpful; clearly, the folks at Kirby work well as a team.

Great Experience

Jake and Ramon were awesome. Very informative, They really sit you down and work with what your interested in. Also, Carlos Carrillo the sales manager is really great he worked with my budget and and made me feel secure in buying a car from them. They were not your typical sales car men where they hassle and make you feel obligated to buy. It was a all around great experience to where they welcome you with water or coffee, sit with you, break down the numbers and work with my sister and I. They made us feel very comfortable purchasing a from there and we left three different car lots thank god until we stopped by KIA of Ventura!! We definitely recommend going to them!! Thank You!!
