Great customer service! Quick and easy experience!

Went to Kirby Kia to purchase a new car. The experience was great. We were in and out in just a couple of hours, test drive and all. A salesman named Jake Anderson helped us out and he was friendly and very knowledgeable of everything on the lot. He listened to what we needed and was able to help us settle on a model of a new Niro hybrid. He even took the time to show us how to work all of the stuff on the UVO Infotainment system. The financing portion also went super fast and was easy and painless. Remember when buying a car used to take all day? Not here. Highly recommended!

So helpful!

I went in the other day to check out my options for buying a used car. My credit isn't so great and I had no money to put down. I was looking through Cars.com and found a car I was interested in. George Estrada from Kirby Kia contacted me and I told him my situation. He told me to come on in anyways and he would see what he could do. I wasn't going to go due to the credit and money issue (I mean I really didn't have my hopes up at all). Well I'm so very happy I went!! George and his team helped me out tremendously! I drove away that very same day in a Used 2015 Ford Fiesta! My payments are low and they even differed the down payment for 3 weeks so I could have some time to come up with it. I can't begin to say how very thankful I am to George and Kirby Kia!!! I'm a hard working single parent who has been having a rough time lately and they really went out of their way to help me out, and for that I'm truly grateful. Thanks again George Estrada and the rest of the team at Kirby Kia, I will defiantly recommend you to my friends and family!

New Kia Niro LX

After a very quick decision process about the type of car I wanted to buy, George from KIA KIRBY in Ventura was able to present the product in a very professional way and all the Team at Kirby Kia was really helpful, transparent and friendly. The new facility is great, and I got my car leased in less then one day including the approval process that, for my specific case (just moved from Europe) was not that easy to accomplish. I strongly recommend to go, test cars, talk to KIA Ventura professionlals and eventually take the best decision. It worked for me and I am sure it will with many others. Great customer service, best customer approach and hopefully.....great cars (my first Kia ever). Good job George!

Julie Merrill: re Jake the car sales person

I came into the car dealership wanting to buy a car. Jake came up and introduced himself. I knew what I wanted , a Kea Soul and we sat down and he showed me some details of the car I didnt know about and also the next step up version of the car. I told him DO NOT CALL AND BUG ME, text me is OK. Jake was awesome, he did not bug me at all, We made arrangements to meet, When I had to cancel he did not bother me at all, I told him to I would contact him. Later the next week I contacted him, we got together, we sorted out the details and basically I bought the car. I wanted a white one but there were none in California which had what I wanted, he called around and talked to people that were helping to find a car but, we drove a silver one, I liked it and that was it. I bought the car. He then showed me how to work everything in the car, even though I had to have him repeat a bunch of stuff he was very patient. I found him engaging and funny and fun to be with. I found the experience most pleasant. I I am sending one and maybe even 2 people to check out the Soul, maybe buy one.

Amazing Experience with Sales Staff!

My husband and I leased a new Kia Sorento from Miguel Hurtado at Kirby Kia of Ventura, and we cannot say enough about our experience. We had just been to another dealership with a terrible experience, and Miguel turned it all around for us. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and hard-working. We really felt that it was a win-win situation for all and left feeling so good and excited about our new car. We still are in love with our car and hope that other car buyers can go to this dealership for an experience as wonderful as ours. Big fans - thank you so much Miguel!!

Love our Kia Sorento!

Our sales manager George Estrada & Paul Mills were great. Very friendly & Not pushy like other salesman. We had a Kia many years ago & was the best car we ever owned. Highly recommend Kirby Kia of Ventura!
